I don't like fantasy. I don't know why.

Not everything needs to crashed and dismissed instantly.
I was born in Zimbabwe and lived there for ten years then moved to Britain when thing started going through the shitter (Bearer Cheques anyone or maybe a billion dollar bill.) I can at least agree with you with you that it would have been better to get rid of the stuff that didn't work and leave the stuff that did work but revolutions or wars for independence just get rid of everything. Taking the land of white farmers and giving them to black farmers has really backfired and Mugabe is a really not that effective a leader nowadays. Also I'm black.
I don't want the Zim dollar to come back.

FPS mouse controls or just FPS controls I don't like them. Maybe its because the Wii's pointer controls spoiled me.

I don't like to call myself a gamer simply because I find it weird that gaming uses that term to describe those who play and enjoy video games as a hobby or dabble in now and then while other media don't use such a term. Could you imagine calling yourself a filmie?

I don't like the tone most DC properties have. Arrow dark and gritty killed my interest in it or any DC tv show.

Not so serious[footnote]Might do a more opinions on serious things later[/footnote]

I'll say it right now:

I hate bacon. I hate just about all pork products.

Tied to this, I think pigs are cute creatures and are often overhated. I have a similar feeling with spiders.

Oh and fuck y'all, fedoras aren't actually that bad when worn with a befitting suit.

Same. I still don't find the idea of raw fish with white rice tied together with seaweed at all appetizing.
Call of Duty is a good franchise, just merely plagued by a bad publisher.
Actually not that bad of a statement. Wonder if you're going by story + multiplayer or just one of the two elements. I'd also have to say the series is also plagued by a pretty bad online community.

Star Wars has aged poorly, and the thing that really props it up is its excellent cast. It has a terrible story, and 8 year olds can come up with more consistent, convincing, and deep lore.

Microsoft isn't evil or incompetent, and Bill Gates is a nicer, more generous person then you or I will ever be.

I'm with you on that.

Resident Evil didn't get good until 4, then it bombed out at 6 (Though 5 wasn't spectacular either).

On an unrelated note, I'd like to say that years ago, Cpt. America was my favorite Marvel superhero, and everyone laughed at me for it and thought that was a stupid opinion. Now it is no longer true. Suck it!

Bioshock Infinite bored me to tears, and I couldn't get more than an hour into it. Same with the original.
Maybe not so unpopular, but I prefer Persona 3 Portable to Persona 4 Golden.
With a few exceptions I can't stay interested by film. For the most part just passively watching something bores me. I'd rather be reading it or playing it.

I don't think suicide is a cowardly act, and I prefer to disregard the opinions of those that call it such. People with severe mental disorders, terminally ill people, people with no positive future despite having no disorder or illness, I believe, should consider suicide. Which is more expensive: a crematorial funeral, or the afflicted to continue being a burden to family and society because these people are incapable of recovering or smartening up?

In any case, I think those that commit suicide (preferably by their own choice as opposed to coerced into it) should be lauded as heroes, as they effectively step aside for more useful, productive people to step in and advance humanity.
So, would you encourage these people to commit suicide? Or just those who were already considering it anyway? I'm not arguing, just curious.

Like 'cinephile'? Some people enjoyed being called that. Generally the same crowd that watches midnight screenings of Bergman movies in artsy movie theatres. I'm no anthropologist, but I suppose that must be their equivalent of playing Dark Souls.

Speaking of cinema (and getting back on topic) "Blue is the Warmest Color" is one of the worst movies I've ever seen (nothing to do with the subject matter) and I think Cannes is a joke for having given it the Palm d'Or.

I thought "The Last of Us" was mediocre, derivative and vastly overrated. Both gameplay and plot-wise.

I really liked ME3's ending. More than that, I think a good portion of the flak it got was incoherent and unfair, mixing huge doses of anger with poorly understood arguments pieced together from Erik Kain's articles and a few online rants. Were the same level of scrutiny to be applied to the rest of the game, or to any other Bioware title, for that matter, and nothing would be left standing.

I like the premise of many sci-fi novels and I understand the importance of the genre, but I can't get past the horrible writing. Even the 'masterpieces' of the style seem awful to me.

The Dark Knight Rises is the best movie of the three.

Is that unpopular? Korra is better.
But the ending actually made not that much sense, based on the previous seasons.

I think this country's penal system is adequate in dealing with violent crime and rape.

That's the only one I can come up with... BUT it is a big one if you ask the right people.

FMA 2003 was better than Brotherhood, and the manga by extension

ME3 ending was good

-I hate every Christopher Nolan Batman movie. I actually slept through the first two when I sincerely tried to watch them.
-Batman is an incredibly overrated superhero to begin with.
-Las Vegas is an uncomfortable hellhole in every conceivable way, with no redeeming qualities.
-Rich people are not ungenerous and selfish; the middle class is is the most entitled and hypocritical of the bunch.
-Common American English is one of the sexiest accents in the world... or at least -can- be.
-Good Final Fantasy games have a sword and sorcery theme - bad ones have a steampunk and futuristic theme.
-Having a Facebook is an almost intrinsically bad thing.
-Alcohol is tolerable at best, and marijuana smells like a rotting turd swimming in old milk. Neither feel good to consume.
-I like bad weather. The shittier, the better - provided I can shelter myself from it fairly readily. Heat, snow, rain, wind, I like it to extremes.
-Five Nights at Freddy's 2 is the only good one.

In which department this useless brick of a character is better, may I ask?

Also, on topic - I think Morrowind's combat system is the best in the series, Everyone else seems to prefer that boring crap they call "combat" from Oblivion and Skyrim.

I can't remember any of my unpopular opinions on demand...

With that said...I don't like how Equestria Girls, by default, is more popular than the concept of Galaxy Girls...Jak 2 is the better game in the Jak & Daxter trilogy...The DS Kingdom Hearts games (excluding the 3DS one) are slightly better than their HD cinematic counterpart...Persona 3's better than Persona 4...I love the third Rebuild movie...There may be others, but I'm not popular enough to consider them an "unpopular opinion" yet...

- Abortion is a legitimate option.
- Stanley Kubrick movies are overrated. . . Kubrick's overrated.
- The death penalty is warranted and a good idea; that or medicinal experimentation on life-sentence prisoners instead of lab testing on animals - it's a waste of good bodies to just let them stay in prison.
- Supernatural is "meh" and its fandom makes me want to gouge out someone's eyes with my pinkies.
- Dubs are better than subs - whaaaat
- Felicia Day is a dream ruiner because she's paid to do what I love to do and that's be a geek and bad at everything she tries to do; she can't sing, she can't really act, she's not funny and she's not good at video games.

-brushes off hands- I think I made a couple of good digs. I'm sure there are more but let's start small.

To the severely mentally crippled and terminally ill; yes, I would encourage suicide, as their existences are a burden to any caretakers. They use beds, meds and cells that people with more "treatable" illnesses and disorders could use but can't because they're being occupied. About those with no positive future (i.e.; unwilling to work and/or attain a higher education and prefer to leech. Basically destined for prison or homelessness): these cannot be encouraged to kill themselves and don't understand their uselessness. This is starting to sound like a case of eugenics or genocide, but unless these people show a genuine desire to work and/or attain higher education (so they become people of higher value), they should be killed. The terminally ill and mentally defunct can be studied to help humanity so that the doctors of tomorrow will have an idea on what to identify and treat, or provide care for. Killing off the slackers reduces bloat on a systemic level; it makes more available resources and consumables to those that are able to work and/or pay for them, and in a way, the slackers provide a service unto themselves: spare parts. Nothing like knocking down massive organ donor lists by having a surplus of healthy parts to put into people that could put the to better use. Plus cheaper hospital bills are always a positive. Lower debt levels, less parents raising adult children. Quite a list can be made, but yanno, time constraints and all that jazz.

tl;dr: if the slackers cannot or will not serve in life, their deaths and organs can serve others.

Pandas are a useless animal and should be allowed to go extinct. Their females ovulate for only a few days out of the year and they refuse to mate. Their body composition is a carnivore (they are bears) but have become cripplingly overspecialized by existing almost solely on a diet of bamboo. Breeding them in captivity for release is pointless because they don't even have a habitat anymore.

Rather than preserving every single shred of biodiversity, we should focus on saving animals that actually have a future.

I don't like the starter pokemon in any of their games, i usually end up replacing them after a few gyms for something else.
