Damn straight it is! But my main question is.. What are they? Are they solely androids that have.. Finger guns and Eye-Lasers? Do they even need to do any recon to get their mission done? Are they even soldiers!? Oh god, the mind, it questions!

Also, I'd very much like to see these guys against the Starcraft marines too. But I'd also like to see those marines against the Warhammer 40k marines.

I wouldn't want to see that. 40K Space Marines are veritable Mary Sues. "One Space Marine Chapter is enough to pacify, or exterminate, an entire planet." That's one thousand supermen taking out an entire industrialized planet, setting aside the well-regarded tactic of blow-it-up-from-space.

Thankfully, the actual games don't do them justice, thereby allowing them to be at least a little interesting.

Heh, I guess you've got a point. Still, nobody says it has to be a battle with a one to one ratio of SC marines versus WH40k marines. And it would still look really, really awesome.
