Saint's Row 3 is #0. It's guaranteed Day One, midnight pick-up for me.
Skyrim is #1.
Duke Nukem is #2.
F.E.A.R. 3 is #3.
LA Noire is #4.
Gears of War 3 is #5.
And Mass Effect 3 is nowhere in sight for me without some details on the supposedly improved RPG elements. If they're improved, it'll easily hit #2.

But in the near future, Gears of War 3 is the big one. Arkham City is huge too. AA was a midnight release, so I think I'll probably do the same with AC. I'm also really looking forward to Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City.

The only one that comes to mind for me at the moment is Skyward sword, Ocarina of time 3DS, star fox 64 3DS (I wonder if it'll be still called lylat wars in the UK) Mario kart 3DS, yugioh WC 2011, Mass effect 3 now that I've completed the previous 2 (they felt like a good book to me, keeping me interested in the story)
In order:
Portal 2 - As it is right around the corner (I live in the UK)
Gears of War 3 - One of my favourite series and it's multiplayer is looking awesome (hope the single player is even better)
Mass Effect 3 - No details so not as excited as I am for Gears 3.
Alice: Madness Returns - I have always been interested in the first game, I like creepy atmospheric stuff.
The next Fallout New Vegas DLC - Hopefully it will keep with the tradition of good Fallout DLC.
Deus Ex: Human Revolutions - Not that excited, but I do like the series.
