Valentines Day

Get up, go to work, go to my drama rehersal, go to bed.

I never liked the idea of valentines day.

Hopefully, I won't be single by then, but if I am, I'll probably spend it moping about, hating all the happy couples.
Yeah, I'm a bitter sonuvabitch sometimes.

It's a monday, so I'm just going to dance lessons like every monday evening. The only real difference is that some of us have decided to dress up nice, which I am totally for.

Okay, fine! I'll admit it was kind of my idea. Look, I've had a tuxedo for 3 years and have only ever had the oppoprtunity to wear it once and I want to wear my damn tux, allright? Fortunately, all the ladies love dressing up, so almost as soon as I suggested it, it became official.

No s.o. and not buying anything, though. Been a long time since I've felt that way about anybody.

I have to do a physic's student conference on Valentine's day. Unfortunately, this doesn't really change the average physic student's plans for the day, me included

My college has a no student day on valentines so I can avoid the sickening show of over emotion between my friends and their girlfriends, being the only single guy in your social circle is REALLY awkward haha

I am most likely going to send my straight male friend a Valentine's card to see how he reacts.

Apart from that, I have nothing planned.

Can I copy that? My plan is be a wingman to calm my friend in case he gets mad that the person hes gonna ask ask out says she thought he was gay. Naturally I need something else to do.

Nope, I regard Valentine's Day the same way I regard Christmas, a merchant holiday made to sell useless tat that no one would buy otherwise.

Who would buy a giant infatable Santa during July? Who would buy those nasty chalk heart things with those sayings on it in August (who buys those things during Valetine's even, those things are freaking nasty)?
Simply put, it is meant to increase sales nothing more.
