Other than the starting bullshit premise that brain size has anything to do with intelligence, I think smart people prefer to not only play sports and drink beer like others seem to want to do. What are you supposed to be doing anyway when studying? I play a game when I take a break from that.
I think people who play RPG's and RTS' are generally the smartest. The play shooters too, just the dumb people don't move on to bigger and different things like the RPG. Mostly because RPG's actually take brains sometimes, or at least more patience than the Nub tube. And intellect craves diversity.
