Harry Tipper from TimeSplitters. And Cortez, for that matter.
Yes, indeedy. Would you call me a freak if I added Headsprouter to that list? Oh, you might as well...he is in the freaks bot set after all...

Jacob Crow, too. I'll post the video everybody posts when they want to show people how awesome TSFP's story was.

Every single TF2 class makes me smile, somehow. From the demoman's drunken ramblings to the sniper's Australianisms, nearly every line is spot on.

Crash Bandicoot's charming, too. And Dingodile has an Australian accent on top of a badass design, that makes him perfect.

It doesn't bring a nostalgic smile to but Sackboy is SO CUTE! I just like the little guy and the casual carefree attitude of the game he's in.

I just want to find sackboy and give him a good 10 minute hug then go on an adventure. :)

I was playing Final Fantasy X last night and just finished watching the famous kissing scene. What I had totally forgotten about since the last time I played the game years ago was how afterwards, Yuna suggests that Tidus should go back to the group by myself so they don't raise suspicion. Then right as he starts walking away, she changes her mind, runs up behind him and holds his hand. D'aaaaaaaaaaaw! X3 That put a big smile on my face. It might not be the best romance story out there, but it's one of my personal favourites, right behind Junpei and Chidori in Persona 3.

Spyro the Dragon in his PS1 glory makes me smile too. So does Ratchet and Clank. Again, just yesterday, I was looking through the games I had installed on my PS3 and stopped at Quest for Booty for a minute and just smiled as I listened to the pirate-y theme that plays and admired Ratchet's heroic pose.

Link: Childhood memories with the family often involve playing a Zelda title.

Wario: Wario Land 4 was a game I played a lot, due to the extensive rides between my divorced parents house when I was a kid.

Donkey Kong: Donkey Kong 64 was one of the few games me and my father both enjoyed.

Pyro (TF2): I like burning things....

Man, this list is like the psychological profile of a sociopath. Oh, wait, that's what I am.

Skittys in Pokemon games. I have to catch every wild one I encounter, and making one faint in a trainer battle makes me sad.

It took 45 responses for somebody to say Bayonetta? I'm shocked, genuinely, and I also just love her and smile with glee whenever she's around.

So, how about we take this in a different direction? Are there any game characters that make you cringe? I can deal with most game characters and even like a few that some folks hated, such as Ashley in RE4, but I could not stand The Director in Manhunt! Seriously, when I realized that I would have to spend the entire game with this weirdo purring in my ear while I dispatched his thugs I returned the game. Maybe I overreacted and maybe he was only going to contact you a few times in the game, but after a few short messages I decided it wasn't worth continuing to find out! Does anyone else have a character that just rubbed them the wrong way to the point that it ruined the experience of the game?
Trevor helped ruin GTA V for me, largely because of his role in the plot but I can't stand most of his interactions with Michael. It's not even a "just fuck already" scenario, it's just sighing and waiting until you can continue with the game.
I liked the interactions between Trevor and Michael when Michael would threaten him. Like threatening to break his fingers. It was amusing, for me, to see the kind of irreverence Michael treats the notoriously psychotic Trevor with.

I was fine with them arguing and what not. My issue with their interaction is how inconsistent it was. One mission they're buddy buddy, the next they're arguing at each over for no coherent reason. Then back to buddy buddy, then Franklin takes a sip of whiskey at the same time as me and calls both of them bitches. If there was a reason for one of them to be pissed at the other at the start of these missions I'd kinda understand, but most of the time it felt like they were just cutting up random episodes of the soap opera and presenting them to us in a bizarro order.

Trevor's presence in the plot is what causes it to become just a bunch of stuff that happens rather than the story it seemed to be setting up, but I don't really take issue with his character for that. I think Michael redeems himself in my eyes by being there at the beginning third, then we still get to see his awful family after Trevor shows up which is cool.

Hades from Kid Icarus Uprising. Easily my fave game villain ever. He's such a prick XD

Fidget, got to be Fidget from Dust: An Elysium Tail. Her one liners, her sarky comments, breaking the fourth wall, she's slightly nuts, full of little easter eggs from other games. Always made me smile while I was playing that vastly underrated game.
Fidget was freakin adorable x.x I loved her!

I don't think they were ever genuinely pissed at one another. They just seemed to me to have a very hostile friendship - which I suppose is what happens when you have someone like Trevor trying to do normal-person things.
