For some reason, my first thought was those guys from Army of Two (not even worth remembering their names).

I would say Alex Mercer, but sadly it doesn't seem to make a difference if he's mad at you or not. He's going to slaughter you and everyone else in the city even if he's quite happy and you're his best friend.
Davian Thule. He's a space marine force commander. Then he became a dreadnought. You don't want to piss of people who can grab you with their huge metal claws and flamethrower your face.
