Given how most of them are armed to the teeth, there's not a lot of video game characters I would like to piss off.

Granted, when I notice something I'd hate to tick off, it's usual something big. Like, main Final Fantasy antagonists.

Why?
Alex Mercer is unstoppable force of nature. He cannot be destroyed by ANYTHING.

Ezio took down the most powerfull man in Italy he can take me down.

The Hunter respawns and unleashes far too much pain to not be feared.

Soap has the uncanny ability to not be killed by anyone, and he is able to survive headshots from AK-47's repeatedly.

Anyone voiced by Ellen McLain, because they generally involve ruling your life and pissing them off is asking to die.. Especially GLaDOS- if she wants you dead, you have to be a bloody genius and lucky as hell to make it out, because she will turn the entire facility against you. Even the air won't be safe.

And I agree with whoever said Gordon Freeman, that is not a guy I'd want to piss off. ... Same probably goes for the G-Man too.

Most FF characters fall into this too. (I'd risk pissing Tidus off though, what's the worst he'll do, cry at me?)

Probly Ezio, because not only would he kill me, my corps probably wouldn't be discovered for atleast a couple of days. I'd say Altair, but theres nothing to really piss off under there, kinda like Ryu.

Also any of the main protagonists from the GTA series seeing as how they do kill people in their spare time

well, at least Ezio would make it a cool death, altho chances are the guy he kills after you gets an even more impressive death (or just hand him a spear and chances are you'll win in the coolest death category)
