Back in my pokemon days, I had accumulated something like 50 hours on one file and I'd caught 140 pokemon - then, my big fat **** of a cousin comes over and asks to play the game; I allow her, and she ends up saving over my file..... I still remember that day when I loaded up my game and I saw that "1" beside the word pokedex - AND SHE HAD PICKED FUCKING CHARMANDER, of all the pokemon. I mean seriously, charmander is fine and all, but everybody knows that you pick Bulbasaur so that the first two gym leaders are a breeze. I mean, FUCK.
This this and very much this, except I had 149 pokemon and it was my second cousin.

I must say, I'm impressed by how much punishment a Wii can take. I've dropped mine onto concrete floors many many times and it still worked. Now, unfortunately, I believe I've knocked something loose in the disk drive and it makes a weird noise now. It still plays all of my games...except for Zelda: Twilight Princess. Why couldn't it have been any other game?!?!. I checked the disk for scratches, but there are none that I can see. I don't know what's wrong with it. It sucks because I had just psyched myself up to play it again, and had played through the first temple, when all of the sudden the system refused to read this one particular disk. It blows.

A week after Halo 3 was released, I think it was the followimg Monday or Wednesday, I got the RROD, I was mad and upset. Sent it in, weeks later I got it back and I was happy. That weekend I took it to my nephew's house for his birthday party, we were gonna do system link, stupid 360 got E74! Right on the spot! Everything was ruined and we had no choice but to use my older nephew's. Mind you the system link party still went on and it was fun, but the whole time I was pissed off, it got E74 a few days after I got it back!

MY SISTER PLAYED OCARINA OF TIME ONCE... Pulled the game right out of the 64 while it was still on... corrupted all my saves. I was SOOOO pissed off.

When Fable II first came out, I played it constantly, then quite for awhile after I got all but 1 of the achievements and waited for the DLC to come out. They finally release it, I go to load my old save file and turns out it somehow was corrupted.

All that work, gone.

I'm not looking forward to going through, getting all my gear and money to work on the new achievements anytime soon.
