The world could use a GECK. And i mean a Fallout 3 GECK (not the more realistic and sensible Fallout 2 GECK), which is actually the Genesis Device from Wrath of Khan.

Let's see... Health potions, antidotes which cure any type of poison, Cure disease potions which cure any disease.
Portal guns, gravity guns, time machines, golems, quantum entangled communication devices, 1ups and other types of extra life items, phylactery.

The health potion from every RPG ever made.

Cancer? Health potion. Broken bones? Health potion. Major Depressive Disorder? Health potion. It could cure everything.

Also the anti poison potions too. For the things that health potion doesn't cover.
Either that or the MedKits from any FPS that doesn't have regenerating health.
There is nothing those things can't cure.

1.Metal gear / Halo and Nanosuit cloaking technology would be a godsend to celebrities and their kids.

As for me...I can't say I wouldn't pull at least one harmless prank with em.

2. Whenever my car has problems I think of the DOOM teleport devices. (Not Half-lifes. Kleiner needs to seriously work on those.)

RadAway. It'd fix a lot of problems if we could dismiss radiation *snap* just like that.

Nanosuit from Crysis. The military that got that technology would be unstoppable.
It would except for how super expensive it would be. Only special forces would ever get to use it.

There are a lot of cool military technologies out there. Trouble it, Most of them cost a lot in R&D costs, not to mention manufacturing and right now the US military is finding ways to cut costs, not the other way around(The Army is cutting the number of soldiers by half or something like that).

Rad X from Fallout. It would revolutionize the ability to respond to radiation. As someone else mentioned, Rad Away would help too.

That bullshit plot device Batman used to solve crimes in Arkham Origins. All you need to do is look at a crime scene for a bit, and then a computer will create a perfect holographic simulation of what happened.

The item storage system from Pokémon. I'm in the middle of moving right now, and my dad is a packrat with some medical things, which means I get to do everything. It would be so much easier if I could just shove the mass into a computer and pull it out when we got there.

Also: Jetpacks, Hookshot, Enderpearls, Anti-fall boots, Mushrooms that let you double in size, +X strength/Dex/anything armor, and fast-travel campfires.

Portal Gun. It's already on here, but my god do I want one.

I'm still waiting to get my Pip-Boy. I reckon Pip-Boys (and a wireless headset) could replaces cellphones, MP3's and tablets.
