Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance with the Laguz (and probably its followup, though I never got round to playing it)
You really should. The game's a lot harder, but the story is amazing and the new characters are amazing. It's the only Fire Emblem game that has a Myrmidon I like more than Mia.
If it doesn't have Nephenee in it, I'm not so interested. Plus it's on the wii as memory serves and my Wii is currently indisposed. I lack a TV worth playing it on and I'm not so sure I can hook it up to my monitor ;/
It does have Nephenee. And she tears it up. Although, you don't get her until about 1/4th of the way into the game, and then you lose her for another ten missions or so. But yeah.

Nanaki in FFVII
Beast in X-Men Legends
Red XIII(Nanaki) doesn't really count because he was a special breed of sentient animal. He had no humanoid traits in appearance, he could just talk.

*RAAAAAAGE*

I would like to play it because I do enjoy Fire Emblem games a lot, but sadly it's Wii exclusive :(

I'm going to argue that the Druid in Diablo 2 doesn't count as a 'furry' character. He transforms fully into animals, and then fully back into his human form. There's no 'anthromorphic' form in between, and all of his forms are strictly animal or strictly human.

Umm...
1. The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
2. Everquest II-- sort of.
3. Ratchet and Clank...I think.
4. SINS of a Solar Empire-- of course, you're going to have to stretch it just a bit.
5. World of Warcraft

That's all I've got...for now.
wait, sins, as in the rts game that takes forever?
you'll have to enlighten me on this one because i dont recall any fur characters.

How is Werewolf strictly animal or strictly human when it's clearly a mixture of the two?

Yeah, that SINS. The space one.
If you squint really, really hard, the Vasari can fit the bill-- that, or they come across as flamboyant homosexual insects. Like I said, you'll have to push it.

Have you seen the Druid's werewolf form? It lacks human characteristics.

Yes I have [http://bestgamewallpapers.com/files/diablo-2-lord-of-destruction/werewolf.jpg]

Opposable thumbs not a humanoid characteristic these days? Certainly looks like a healthy mix of human and wolf to me to warrant antropomorph status.

Well, lets see...

A few of the Final Fantasies
Star Fox
at least 2 of the Fire Emblem
Sonic, I guess

That's all I can think of right now, although I know there are more that for some reason I can't remember.
