Whoa whoa, what's your problem with Eli? As cliche as he was at times, I couldn't help but relate to him near the end episode 2 (trying to avoid spoilers). He was one of the most realistic characters other than Alyx.

I cannot believe nobody has said Navi yet. It was more than the obnoxious need to point out every little plot detail and treasure chest (which we could have managed on our own thanks) in that horrid voice. It was the pure tenacity of her. The insipid ***** would not quit.
I know she gets plenty of bile thrown her way, but my god do I hate her. She belongs here.
