That game made me feel like I was the villain.

OT: Uhh, GLaDos from Portal, Andrew Ryan from Bioshock, the Collossi from Shadow of the Collossus as someone else said, that one woman in Poseidon's palace in GoW3 that you get to "help you through the level", but then again, it's expected in GoW for Kratos to just kill everyone he meets...

you killed people just because some other guy told you to without knowing what's really going on. yes, you asked every time, but you didn't get an answer and just left to kill the next one. that's not good IMO.

OT: in WW2-shooters I always hated killing German low level soldiers, because I thought it could've been my grandpa, who is just doing his job and has nothing to do with all that Nazi BS. But then they started shooting at me and I sent them to Valhalla with pleasure ^^

oh yeah, hmm, but still, you thought it was for a good cause...

Kreia, she was so strong, sure she manipulated you, but you began to trust her, and while she was a Sith, she was still more neutral than evil, and even when she was a Sith, she became more of a person that was trying to control rather than kill, which I thought was so much cooler than the vibroblade sleeper or the hunger guy...who I was glad to kill, but Kreia, she was quite the fabulous villian whom was so badass she was the villian without you even knowing the entire time

God of War III

Hades. Sure, he wanted to take your soul from you, torture you, and make you suffer for all eternity. Also, he also hated you crazy much for killing his wife in Chains of Olympus. But damn, he was calm and collected even as Kratos tore shit up from the ground up. Even during the battle, the only rage he had was when he was in pain, so until you tore his skin and body parts from him, he was still collected and calming

Resident Evil 4

The Village Leader. He never got crazy, never got upset, never went beserk or let emotions rule his life, he was also calm, collected, and in control. Like the boss from God of War III, the only time the VL was upset was when he was in pain.

If you read the 3 above, or not, I will say that the best villians let logic rule and put emotions away. The best villians only show their emotions when they're in pain or physical duress, and any other time their in control and calm, even while they see their bringer of death tearing shit up like a lawn mower on their path to them. And they face their death with calm thoughts until their final last ditch effort causes their life to expire and they die calmly and at peace with theirselves finally

Rundas from metriod prime 3. That made me really sad, since he wasnt really evil, he was corrupted. I felt the same about Ghor too.

Apart from Dark Samus werent all of the bosses corrupted good guys? And yeah I definitely agree with you on that one, Ghor was cool.

OT: Glados from Portal, I choose to believe there was a cake
The Hunter from Dead Space, I loved the fights with that guy it was so intense.

PROXY from the Force Unleashed. Even though he isn't technically a villain and even though you don't kill him, he was a boss fight once so I'm going to put it out there.

God dammit. He could've just said "Would you kindly DROP THE EFFING RADIO" but NOOOOO he had to force his estranged and now very traumatized child to boldfacedly bludgeon him to death with a putter.

This...and Big Daddies, they were just so awesome I really didn't like the idea of killing them.....=(

I was OK with killing Saix and Luxord cause both were condesending pricks but why did we have to kill Demyx i mean seriously he didnt even want to fight and tryed to run away also i didnt want to kill salazar or Mendeze from resident evil4 cause they were both hilarious
