A Fighting Game with webcomic characters (and the full cast of characters they bring from there).

For example:

Gabe (Penny Arcade) VS Largo (Megatokyo)
Fruit F*cker (Penny Arcade) VS Zeke (Ctrl+Alt+Del)
Chef Brian (Ctrl+Alt+Del) VS Aeris (VG Cats)
Dom (Megatokyo) VS Ed (Megatokyo)
Fuchsia (SinFest) VS Eve (Applegeeks)
Hawk (Applegeeks) VS Soup (Lethal Doses)
Matthew Boyd (Three Panel Soul) VS Venom (Loli Loves Venom)
Ian McConville (Mac Hall) VS Tycho (Penny Arcade)
Argosy Smith (Astounding Space Thrills) VS Rob (Butternutsquash)
XKCD VS QWANTZ

You get the idea; But it has to be 2D with sprites, like Street Fighter II HD.

(Rent-A-Zilla from MegaTokyo should also be an option, so there would have to be levels where the characters either get bigger ala Power Rangers or 'Zilla shrinks to character size.)

God of War Vs. Gears of War.

I'd love to put in Halo instead of Gears, but we know that Kratos would obliterate Master Cheif.

Or Google Vs. Yahoo where each characters main weapon is the others search bar, so you literally get to beat Google to death with their own search bar.

See MacTavish get into a knifefight with an ODST, gun down a Brute, and watch the Master Chief be the most overpowered character in the game.

For your entertainment needs, slam yourself into the two best games ever made by good ole' Shiny Entertainment. The cast and characters of both games, the good guys AND the villains. Why? Why not? It beats something like, say, Marvel VS Mortal Kombat.
