Vs. games you would love to see made!

With companies throwing licenses around every which way, and developers being bought left right and centre, we need to be seeing more collaborations/mash up of games. The thought came to me when a friend and I were talking about how sweet a Tekken vs. Soul Calibur game would be. These 2 game are from the same company, so they have no excuse not to make it.
Basically the question is what mash ups do you want see made?

Just play Soul Calibur III on PlayStation 2 and put Heihachi Mishima against Yoshimitsu. Dream solved.

That being said... is a 1080p HD-Remix style of graphical Marvel Vs. CAPCOM 3 too much to ask?

Indeed. Though Sephiroth would be slightly cheap with his 48 foot long sword. Just poke the enemy to death from yonder ring edge.

About the only people I still haven't seen in a crossover with Capcom's characters is Touhou.
That needs to change.
I know it'll never happen due to ZUN wanting to be completely independent, but still, RH vs. RH.
I'm not the only one who wants to see that, right?
