Bruce also approached in a defencive guard, looking Solaris in the eyes. "I'd rather you feel it, if you don't mind." He made some initial light punches to test her defences.

Meta stumbled back and when Ragnar drew his chainsword, Meta followed suit. But as he charged, he sent a pair of grenades at Ragnar to stun and distract before coming in with an uppercut with the blade. He paid no attention to Rex at the moment.

 

[Random berk]

Ragnar sidestepped the grenades while going to put his helm on, but the explosions caused him to lurch forward and onto one knee. As he saw the blade coming for his face and twisted to one side, hunching his head and causing the blade to slide up over his pauldron, slicing off just a few long red hairs as it passed his head. He surged to his feet, driving the pauldrom up into Meta's chest.

As Solaris was attacked and continuing onward, provided Pix herself wasn't attacked, Pix would assist her by shifting her weight around to keep Solaris stabilized when attacking and hardening up a small amount to add more damage to Solaris' kicks. If Pix was attacked, hitting her would feel like hitting a solid rock, though each successive strike to her would feel softer after a while.

"Ooooh~." Solaris responded with a playful tone. As Bruce threw the punched, Solaris first took a quick step backwards, followed by another to the left, then continued to make a hop to the side to evade Bruce's punches. She moved deliberately, and quickly. When he threw the last punch, Solaris hopped to the side again, but pushed against his forearm with the palm of her left hand, and shortly after, swung an uppercut with the palm of her right hand. Both of solaris' palm thrusts carried little force, but were rather quick.

Meta grabbed hold of the pauldron with his left hand, holding himself in place as he tried to jam down the bruteshot into Ragnar's neckjoint.

Bruce twisted to face Solaris, and brought his other arm against his chest to parry the uppercut. Moving ot of this, he swung a right hook against Solaris's stomach while taking a step closer.

As soon as Rex entered the arena with the other two, the landscape changed. Suddenly the arena was like a rocky lagoon. There were a few places where rocks jutted unevenly were above water, but mostly the area was full of pools of blue water, some only ankle deep, others much, much deeper. Rex took a moment to look around as water suddenly came up to about his knees and some fish swam away from him.

Solaris evaded the punch swung for her stomach by twisting her torso to the side and bended backwards slightly, while moving her right foot backwards by a small amount for stability. She then tried to sieze the forearm with which Bruce swung the punch between her side and left arm. If successful, she'd try to swung a quick punch towards Bruce's Adams apple with her right fist. If not, she'd simply jump back and do nothing further.

Ragnar snarled as he pipped the bruteshot aside with one ceramite fist and then lurching forward to headbutt the Meta's facemask with enough force to crack rockcrete. He hardly noticed the change in scenery, he was so focussed on the Meta.

 

[Kirke]

Bruce was unable to bring his other arm up in time, and instead lowered his head so that the punch him in the face instead. He then attempted to grab the punching arm with his free hand and the push it aside, but even if it did not succeed he'd still hook is caught arm around Solaris's waist and pull her towards him, bringing down a headbutt.

Meta dropped the bruteshot, which stuck in the ground, and then pushed away from Ragnar with his left hand while grabbing the inside of his knee with the other and pulling.

Rex really had no incentive to join the fight, so he decided to find some dryer land while the two wrestled out their problems.

 

[Random berk]

Ragnar locked his knee, then began to push back against the Meta with servomotors and muscle straining. Forcing the Meta back to put him off balance, Ragnar drew back his chainsword, revved it up, then thust it into Meta's face with chain teeth screaming.

 

[Chungus]

Wincing slightly as her fist struck Bruce, Solaris wasn't able to pull her arm back quickly enough, leaving it to be grabbed by Bruce and pushed aside. When Bruce pulled her closer towards him, Solaris couldn't react in time, and was headbutted against the forehead, leaving her somewhat dazed. Unless Bruce grabbed hold of her more firmly, she would move away from him, and stumble backwards by three paces, doing to a but clumsily.

 

[Kirke]

Meta snatched the bruteshot out of the ground, bringing it up and swiping the chainsword aside before slashing back at Ragnar with it. However, this was a one-handed slash, and the left hand quickly followed with a straight punch against Ragnar's head.

Bruce held his grip tight as he figured he was probably stronger than Solaris, and acted on his advantage by hooking his leg around hers while pushing against her. This, if it had the intended effect, would trip Solaris down on her back with Bruce over her.

 

[Random berk]

Ragnar ducked and weaved under Meta's fist, avoiding the Meta's blade before driving a crushing fist into Meta's ribs while simultaneously grinding into his inner arms with the chainsaw teeth. Sparks flew as they contested with his armour.

Seeing that the two were being quite serious about killing each other, Rex moved away to find a better vantage point, having to do quite a bit of swimming as he did.

Feeling Bruce's leg hook around hers, Solaris gritted her teeth and moved her free leg behind her, and planted her foot, which was angled slightly to the side, firmly on the ground, with Pix helping to add to the stability. When Bruce pushed against her, Solaris bended through her knees by a small amount and arced her back, managing to remain standing, and moving to the side afterwards. Rising back to her full height, Solaris hopped to the side, and swung a kick to Bruce's left popliteal.

 

[Kirke]

The pure kinetic energy behind the punch forced the Meta to take a step back with a growl of pain. When the chainsword had ground against his arm, his overshields had flared and protected him from any serious injury. The Meta took a couple steps back. He then leaped several meters into the air, firing a couple of grenades at Ragnar before coming down with a cut, all his weight behind a very sharp edge.

 

[Kirke]

With having basically pushed against Solaris, Bruce fell forward when she moved aside. Since he still held a tight grip around her waist and arm, this meant dragging her down as well unless she could somehow stop it. If she didn't, Bruce would pull on her arm while falling and roll in the air to land over her with one of her arms pinned.
