Malcor pointed to the viewscreen broadcasting the very start of the battle between Kenna and Ragnar. "The girl carries the scent of the wolf upon her. and I suspect she carries more then just a scent... Old jobs give good perspectives on these kind of things."

Eddie looked to the screen as Malcor pointed it out, before walking to behind the bar and grabbing a bottle of beer. "Huh... I'll take your word for it. But, yeah. That could be something. So long as the big guy leaves the big guns behind." After popping the cap from the bottle, Eddie turned back to Malcor. "You want something?" He asked, pointing towards the shelves over his shoulder with his thumb.

Malcor raised a hand. "Whatever you might be drinking will be fine, I don't doubt."

 

[Chungus]

"Alright." Setting his own bottle down after taking a small swig, Eddie grabbed a second bottle and removed the cap. After picking his own bottle up again, Eddie handed the second bottle to Malcor, then went to sit on one of the couches, looking up to the screen.

Malcor took a sip of the bottle and joined Eddie, watching the fight with mild interest.

Pix blinked as she noticed the peculiar markings on Solaris' arm. She moved her form back onto Solaris' shoulders before looking to the woman. [color=80bb00] "...Those things seem to be pressed right onto your skin... How'd you get them?" [/color]

[color=666666] "I can't really say I have... My parents weren't all that big on going to church when I was little." [/color] Vanessa said.

[color=666666] "....I can't say I remember that well anymore. My memory's is a little... shoddy, ignoring more recent events." [/color] Ness said, looking up toward the ceiling. [color=666666] ...I wonder where they are now... [/color]

"That's to bad. I'd really like to know. What sort of religions do you know about or have heard of?"

[color=666666] "Mainly Buddhism and Chiristianity..." [/color] Ness said, scratching the back of her head a bit.

In the back of her head, Reese was groaning a small bit, but Ness ignored her as per usual.

"They're amplifiers for my alchemical abilities. My father implanted them into my arms on my request. They're his creation." Solaris answered Pix with a casual tone. As was the case with many subjects, it was imposible to tell wherther or not Solaris was telling the truth. "I've convinced my ally they're part of a transmutation circle design of mine, however. Thus the need to etch them onto you. It would raise questions if I preformed my alchemy without them." She added, begining to etch the lines and nodes into Pix.

"Who do you putthink'll win there?" Eddie asked Malcor, cocking his head towards the screen. "My money's on the big guy."

"I see. Any particular sect of Christianity?"

[color=666666] "....I don't even know what you mean by 'sect'? Aren't they all the same anyway?" [/color] Ness asked, scratching the back of her head a bit.

[color=80bb00] "I see.... But these things don't rub off or anything right? You don't need to do reapplication?" [/color] Pix asked, looking up at Solaris as she continued drawing on her.

"Not really. But that would take a lot of explaining to go through."

 

[Chungus]

"Rub off? No, they're not tattoos or anything of the like. They're a form of augmentation. You'll have to try really hard to get them off." Solaris responded, shaking her head lightly. After finishing etching the lines and nodes onto the left vambrace and rerebrace, Solaris hummed softly. "Could you do the right arm for me? I'll ruin it if I try to draw with my left hand."

 

[Random berk]

Ragnar looked around at the surroundings and nodded in approval, then drew Kraken's Tooth and held it up to the light as though to examine its edge. This was more an intimidation tactic than anything as the blades of the Space Wolve's combat knives never dulled, but it was a good one. Even to a Space Marine, the knife was proportionately larger than a typical combat knife. To someone of Kenna's size, it was as big as a Roman gladius.

Kenna looked at Ragnar's blade. ...wow. Now THAT is a knife. She got into a combat stance, waiting for Ragnar to strike first.

Ragnar paced back and forth for a few moments, waiting to see what Kenna would try. When she waited for him to come to her he grinned, let loose a raucous howl and charged.

Kenna jumped to the side as Ragnar charged, trying to get behind him.

Ragnar's arm snapped out as Kenna jumped, lashing out with the combat knife. (If she jumped to his left he'd to the same thing with his other arm and try to clothesline her).
