"I wouldn't be either in your position." Solaris responded with a small but somewhat dark smile, also speaking with a lowered voice. "Remember, though. "I just came up with the idea to have my armour act double as a weapon", so make sure to make it look clumsy. That way, it won't raise too much eyebrows if my opponent has an unfortunate accident that results in severe injury." She added.

Seeing no one in the hallways, Selim left his room and closed the door behind him, begining to walk through the hallways after whilst curiously looking around.

As the water disappeared, not all of it was drained. Some still remained on the frame of the new arrival as she coughed up the last of the water from her lungs before taking in a breath of fresh air. As she finally walked out, she glanced around, a slight red gleam still present within the armour.

Malcor sighed. "Very well."Malcor said, moving to the arena locker room.

[color=80bb00] "...Alright, noted." [/color] Pix said, chuckling a small bit to herself. [color=80bb00] "It still can't be helped if you ended up getting 'caught up in the moment', right?" [/color]

Rex casually walked his way into the arena, not bothering to even look at the lockers on his way in. His chain would softly shift and rattle, sounding like a shackled prisoner as he made his way.

Walking down the hallways with in random directions, Selim eventually caught sight of the new arival. Initially, he stopped and stared at her, somewhat unsure what to make of the figure. This lasted only a short while, however, as he quickly ran towards her with starry eyes. [color=915f6d]"Coool!"[/color] He exclaimed as he looked up towards the new arival. [color=915f6d]"A knight! With glowy bits!!"[/color]

Provided the new arival has astute instincs, she might pick up on the disturbing and oppressive inhuman pressense Selim emitted.

"That's another posibility. I am just someone completely new to fighting, afterall." Solaris responded. Passing Malcor and Rex on the way, she cast a brief glance towards them, before entering the lounge, her facial expression returning to normal before she did. Once there, she looked over those present.

Malcor plucked a sword out of one of his lockers. Its hilt was wrapped in leather, with a red ruby glinting in its handle. He stepped out onto the battlefield.
OoC shall you pick the field of battle, or shall I?

Pix kept silent, though a small bit of vibration made her feelings about what Solaris had said apparent.

Ness quickly slipped into the lounge, giving Solaris a small smile and wave before sitting herself down. She took a quick double take toward her companion as she noticed the various transmutation circles and symbols decorating the goo armor around her. [color=666666] ....That's... new. [/color]
[color=ff4599] Looks like our little buddy's picked up some new tricks, huh? [/color]
[color=666666] ..Those circles aren't like the ones I'm used to seeing though. Guess this is her own world's brand. [/color]

Once he walked out to the center of the arena, Rex turned around and stuck out his right hand toward Malcor, waiting for him to tap knuckles. [color=000066] "Good luck, buddy." [/color]

Seeing the small child come towards her, she glanced at him, still keeping an eye on the other end of the hall. This however was quickly changed as she felt the vile presence the boy commanded. Principles stilled her hand for the moment, her spear slowly moved to a spot at which she could strike much quicker if the need arised. This position didn't look aggressive however.

After hearing the comment of 'knight', she thought for a moment, remembering the word as a library of phrases slowly started to resurface in her mind.

"YYeesss... Kknnniigghhttt." She said at first, not moving much else, her ill-practice of speaking English making her voice quite gruff and grainy. "Wwhheree aamm II? Wwhhaat aarre yyoou?" She said, mistakenly using 'what' instead of 'who'.

Selim could possibly feel the tension that she had, almost animalistic in nature, something that most people would feel the need to give her some space.

Seeing Ness enter the lounge, Solaris returned the smile, and sat down besides her. "Hello, Vanessa. Did you sleep well?" Seeing Ness look towards the various things etched into the Pix-armour, Solaris glanced down for a brief moment, then looked back up to Ness. "Curious as to what these are for, are you?"

[color=915f6d]"What am I...? What kind of silly question is that?"[/color] Selim asked, tilting his head slightly. Seeing the tension the knight's body language gave away, Selim frowned slightly, begining to have his appearant amazement replaced by uneasiness. [color=915f6d]"This is the... Eeevlinington... Interrrr... Inter-something Arena. It's a wierd name."[/color] He responded, looking down towards the floor as he tried to propperly pronounce the name of the arena, then looked back up to the knight. [color=915f6d]"What's wrong with your voice? Do you have a sore throat, Mister Knight?"[/color]

"Nnoott ssoooree." She replied. "III aammm Nnnaannaammi."

As she talked with the boy, she couldn't get over the presence this boy had, his 'uneasiness' didn't seem to change anything about the warning flags present. It seemed eerily familiar, and yet completely unlike anything she'd quite felt before. Regardless of what she thought however, she didn't trust the child, but her principles still stayed her hand.

"Ootthherrs iinn aarrreeennaa?" She asked the boy.

As the knight, now identifiable as Nanami continued to speak, Selim blinked pronouncedly twice, before chuckling, seeming less uneasy then before, although it wasn't entirely gone. [color=915f6d]"Tee-hee! You talk funny. Nice to meet you, Mister Nanami knight! I'm Selim!"[/color]

At the question of if there were others, Selim nodded, then looked slightly quizical. [color=915f6d]"Uhh... Yeah! They're over that way!"[/color] Selim remarked, pointing towards a random direction, then bringing the same finger to his mouth. [color=915f6d]"Ooor... was it the other way... I'm not sure. Everything kinda looks the same."[/color]

Ness nodded distractedly. [color=666666] "Yeah... I slept well enough... Something odd happened though and that kept me up a small bit." [/color] She then nodded a bit more at the second thing Solaris had said, her expression looking a bit more neutral than before. [color=666666] "Yes, actually... I can tell their transmutation circles... but what are they for...?" [/color]

Something odd? I have no idea what that could mean. Solaris thought upon hearing the first thing Ness said, although her face didn't betray her thoughts.

"After creating this this suit of armour on your suggesting if I couldn't use alchemy to move the odds more to favour me, and after a short rest, a few new ideas came to me." Solaris began, giving no response to Ness' first comment for the moment. "The Ouroboros mark and lines and nodes still do the same thing as before. The circle on the stomach area is to control the form of the armour, this is mainly so I can put the suit on and take it off quickly, but it has other uses as well. The one on the inside of my arm is a universal array for the transmutation of metals." She explained, pointing towards each transmutation circle as she explained their uses.

Nanami looked at Selim for a short time later, before taking a couple sniffs in the air. Thinking that she might have picked up on something, she turned her head a little, although still keeping Selim in her vision. As she headed off in the direction that she'd smelled she paused for a brief moment, as if she was remembering something. "Thhaaannkk yyoou." she eventually said as she started making her way down the hall, still keeping tabs on Selim until she was out of sight from him.

The battlefield would assemble itself into a smokily lit bar, glasses sitting all behind the bar itself with numerous tables and chairs scattered about.
Malcor tapped Rex's fist with his own, and took a step or two back, brandishing the blade. "Good luck to you as well."

Ness' expression continued to stay neutral as she nodded silently. [color=666666] ....I need to check those two books that were taken then... I don't think anyone else here actually has an interest in alchemy here..... aside from her. [/color]
[color=ff4599] Huh~? And what about your little alliance? You can't go doubting that when it's just been formed. [/color] Reese answered sarcastically.

She tilted her head a bit as Solaris explained. [color=666666] "...Changing your armor's form? How so?" [/color]

As they tapped knuckles, Rex smiled warmly before hopping back and adopting a standard boxing stance, his gray eyes and cross-shaped pupils weaving around with his movements. He simply waited for Malcor to make a move. [color=000066] Bar fight, huh? Makes me feel a little at home... [/color]

[color=915f6d]"You're welcome, Mister Knight Sir!"[/color] Selim said cheerily as Nanami thanked her, giving her a small wave as she walked off, before looking to the glow coming from her fins. He looked at them for a moment, before following after Nanami, running for a moment to catch up with her. [color=915f6d]"What are those? And why're they all glowy?"[/color] He asked, looking up to her and pointing towards the largest fins on her body.

"Well, as I said, it's mostly so I can change in and out of it easily. With how the suit clings to my body, getting it off normally is quite a pain." Solaris answered grabbing the slime between two fingers, and tugging on it lightly. "The second function is using the armour to double as a way to attack from a reasonable distance, although I'm not actually sure it would work." She explained further, then paused for a moment as she smiled slightly towards Ness. "You said you were going to help me test out the armour? Would it be okay if we went to do that, now?"

 

[Kirke]

Bruce stepped out of his room into the corridor, clad in his armour but helmet off. He was drinking a can of beer and holding another in his other hand. He heard Selim and Nanami speaking around the corner and casually walked in that direction.

Nanami continued walking until she heard Selim coming up from behind her. Quite instantly she stopped and then turned herself around before Selim made it around the corner.

Hearing his question however she sighed as she turned back around and continued on, like she didn't have the time at the moment to concern herself with him. "Tthoosse Ffiinns." she said after a short while, having to remember what they were called.

Seeing Bruce she stopped, looking him over for a moment, although the smell of the booze wasn't exactly pleasing to be reintroduced to. "Wwhhoo arree yyoou?" She said, a bit of a commanded tone to it.

Nanami's armour consisted of some sort of hybrid of coral and metal, her spear a similar state. Underneath that could be seen a scale mail dressing, covering much of the rest of her body other than her webbed hands and feet. She also was wearing her helmet.

[color=915f6d]"Fins? But only fish have fins, right...?"[/color] Selim questioned after Nanami answered his question. Thinking on it more for a moment as he continued following her as she moved on, Selim seemed to brighten up, and gasped. [color=915f6d]"Does this mean you're like a fish knight?! Do you ride seahorses and fight giant seamonsters like in the stories?! What are the cities like underwater? Are they all blue and glowy?"[/color] He asked in rappid succession, looking up to Nanami with starry-eyed amazement once more.

Once Nanami stopped and looked to Bruce, Selim looked over his shoulder as well, but then quickly looked back up to Nanami.
