Hearing the declaration of the announcer, Idun looked looked up and around, wondering where the voice came from. This didn't last long, as her gaze soon fell on her opponent, thinking that maybe that if she fought this man and won, she would be released. Unlikely as it seemed.
Setting down her suitcase vertically, Idun unbuttoned and threw off her coat, showing she had a fairly thick, muscular build. Under the coat, she was wore a black bodysuit with silver accents, of the like runners would wear, and over that bracers and elbow guards that looked to be part of a suit of modern combat armour in design. The pieces of armour were made of a metal mostly resembling gold, but had a sheen in all the colours of the rainbow on them, and seemed to give off faint light, although this was difficult to see in the brightly lit open field. The armour pieces were held fast by straps of velcro, woven through a buckle of the same material as the armour pieces themselves and overlapping onto themselves.
"Guess you'll get what you wish for... ." Idun muttered, mostly speaking to herself. Opening the suitcase, Idun pulled out a survival axe with a somewhat large axehead, and round shield, roughly 80cm across. Both were made of the same material as her armour pieces.
With her equipment retrieved, Idun turned to the warrior on the ball of her foot, kicking the suitcase to the side as she did.
