Being more out to feel out how Victoria fought rather then going heavy on the offensive, Idun took a step back after landing the blow, noting her opponent's taking the blow. Expecting retaliation after the attack, Idun was able to block the blows aimed at her head, doing so with an open palm against the jab swung by Victoria with her organic hand, and doing so by slamming her bracered forearm against Victoria's metal forearm.

She was too slow in moving to block Victoria's third blow, wincing as she took it. While painful, her strong constitution allowed her to take the single hit without being slowed down much.

Idun had noted Victoria's metallic knees, and figured kicking at her popliteal wouldn't make Victoria buckle much. Instead, she took a quick step forward, and to the side, and from there, swung a left hook at Victoria's mid stomach region, followed by a stronger uppercut with her leading right hand.

Victoria took a step to her left at Idun launched another hook, though not being fast enough to avoid it completely, she was able to lessen the blow by moving with it. Though wincing again, she managed to press her arms together and hold them in front of her face to block Idun's uppercut.

Hoping Idun's uppercut would leave her open, Victoria stepped forward and reached out to grab Idun by the shoulders, then pull her down and drive her knee against Idun's torso, again holding back to make her strike not dangerous, but still hurt.

Idun recoiled a small amount as Victoria blocked her uppercut, putting her in a somewhat better position, but Victoria was still able to grab on to Idun's shoulder. Unable to put up the resistance to keep herself upright with her footing the way they were, Idun did the next best thing, and moved her left arm so her hand was closer to her torso. Placing the hand on Victoria's knee, Idun managed to slow down the blow, migating the damage.

Doing the first thing that came into mind in her position, Idun placed her right hand under Victoria's equivalent of the hamstring, and pushed upwards, in an attempt to throw her off-balance. While she would normally be able to lift Victoria, Idun was limiting her strength, and didn't expect Victoria to weigh as much as she did. As such, Victoria might not be moved much.

If Victoria was thrown off-balance, Idun would swing a jab at Victoria's stomach, putting more force into the blow in the hopes of tipping Victoria over, but still pulling it so that it wouldn't cause significant damage.

If Victoria wasn't thrown off-balance, Victoria would have an easy time counter-attacking.

Victoria managed to maintain her balance by keeping a grip on Idun's shoulder as she tried to throw her up. Wanting to take advantage of the position, she brought her right elbow down on Idun's back to strike, hoping the blow would make Idun let go of her leg.

If her strategy had worked, Victoria would follow it up by wrapping her right arm around Idun's head and grabbing hold of her pants, preferably by the belt, then attempt to lift her up and fall backwards to slam Idun against the ground in a suplex.

Victoria's plan worked rather well. When the elbow was brought down on her back, Idun let out a grunt, and buckled through her knees. While she managed to remain standing, this didn't matter, as Victoria put Idun in a headlock, and grabbed hold of the pants. While Idun didn't wear a belt, grabbing would of the waistband worked well enough.

Idun was quite heavy for someone as short as she; weighing 82kg/180Ibs. If Victoria could lift that weigh overhead as she intended, Idun would slam down, letting out a gasp as the hard landing winded her.

If Victoria failed to lift Idun, Idun would retaliate by swinging as many punches as she was able at Victoria's left oblique and serratus.

For the sake of performing sick suplexes, Victoria was able to summon up the strength to lift Idun and pull it off. Victoria stood back up after taking a moment on the ground herself. Figuring it too early in the fight to attempt a serious pin, Victoria elected to hop into the air and attempt a minor elbow drop with her right arm aimed at Idun's gut.

In the time Victoria was on the ground, got to her feet and hopped around, Idun had gotten her breath back, and was back in fighting shape. When Victoria dropped down, Idun managed to catch the elbow with both hands. With a grasp on Victoria's elbow, Idun moved her left hand up Victoria's arm, grabbing it just below the elbow. She would then pull Victoria closer, while swinging her knee at Victoria, aiming to drive it in Victoria's side.

If successful, Idun would then try to force Victoria onto her stomach and get on top of her while still holding her arm, placing her right knee on Victoria's shoulder blade while pulling the arm back in the direction it wasn't meant to go, up to a point, so to not actually dislocate the arm.

Being surprised by Idun managing to block her elbow strike, Victoria wasn't able to react in time and took Idun's knee to her side, prompting her to blow out sharply. Being winded, Idun managed to flip Victoria over and get on top of her.

Being on top of Victoria, Idun half wondered if she should change position, not sure if her current one was the best it could be. She settled on going with her instincts, however, and stayed put, continuing to hold Victoria's arm in the position it was in while counting down, "Five, four... ."

After regaining her breath, Victoria pushed against the ground as hard as she could with the three limbs she maintained control over, managing to lift herself back off the ground despite Idun sitting on her and attempting to throw Idun off.

Not expecting Victoria to push herself up like she did, Idun let out a yelp as she was shaken off of Victoria in the act, landing on her rear. Not landing poorly, Idun acted as quickly as she could. She placed her hands on the ground and pushed herself up, and while doing so, kicked towards Victoria's side in a sort of dropkick. Her legs where spread out slightly, so that Victoria would be hit near the armpit and hip if the blow landed.

Victoria was still in the act of getting up as Idun kicked her, as her right arm was left slightly sore and slowed down the act a bit. The kick landed and she fell over onto her left side with a grunt. Decided not to try and stand up in range of any possible follow-up attacks, she rolled herself over a few times away from Idun to make some distance before standing back up.

Kagura looked a bit taken aback. Her ears slowly drooped as she listened. [color=f07100] [/color] She'd mutter softly to herself in Japanese as those ears lightly twitched. The kitsune's ears drooped further as she was essentially told to go shove off and die, along with the imagery of becoming a bloody smear. She'd say little to nothing in response to Timea before she'd look toward the bear and the odd words coming from the 20 year old. [color=f07100] "Uh... I'm sorry, I don't know what 'Finnish' is..." [/color] She'd say sheepishly, slowly shifting back toward the door.

By this point Homer was almost done cleaning his rifle, but he would still occasionally glance at his magazine.

Lucina looked at Homer, noticing the young man cleaning his gun. "Are you well?"

"...I guess..." Homer replied as he prepared to put the magazine back in, completing the reassembly possess. "I did just get killed, I think..."

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Ah. I suffered the same fate."

 

[Outisakanobody]

"...How are we still...alive then?" Homer asked Lucina as he looked up at her.

"I am unsure..."

"Well, I doubt this is haven..." Homer said as he looked around.
