Lucina, being from a mediaeval society, understood very little of what Homer was saying, but tried to absorb it anyway.

"That's quite depressing to hear. It's safe to assume whoever summoned us here won't want us leaving without fighting then... How horrible." Kagura sighed softly before sitting up on the bed, frowning a bit more. "Did you try checking those arenas for any sort of exit?"

"The only exits in the arenas are to the locker room. The only exits in the locker room are to here, or the arenas." the bear stated. Annika, however, had zoned out and began fiddling with the ring on her right hand.

Kirstin sat down near Lucina and Homer, looking at her own rifle curiously while Homer spoke.

The rifle would weigh about 8lbs unloaded, or about three kilograms. Homer instructed Lucina on how to look down the sights.

The fox just sighed again. "That's quite the predicament then..." She'd look toward Annika and back to the bear. "So... if it's not too personal to ask, how did a spirit like yourself end up in a bear like that? Part of me would've expected it to have gone up in flames a million times over by this point."

"Annika bound me to it, years ago." the bear replied. Hearing her name, and having the conversation translated, Annika looked up at Kagura. Annika asked, which the bear translated.
If Kagura were able to see spirits, she would notice a human spirit bound to Annika's ring.

Kirstin handed over the rifle, which was quite battered and maintained to the bare minimum. The wood was scratched and covered in mud.

Homer wasn't really concerned with the aesthetics of the gun, and was more interested in the mechanics. He took out the magazine and, seeing how many rounds it held, sighed. "You should take better care of this, otherwise it might malfunctin." he warned.

"If it doesn't work when you need it to, you'll regret it." Homer said as he compared the bullets from one rifle to the other.

As Homer examined Kirstin's bullets, he would notice they all had a small amount of silver in them. "That's what my firebombs and sword are for."

"That's the point." Kirstin said, not really understanding why Homer was pointing this out.

"...What if you drop it? I mean, it could go off at any moment." Homer said, considering the primitive nature of the bomb. He then began to wonder if there was some where he could let Lucina try out the rifle.

"If I dropped it, I'd have wet feet. The matches aren't lit unless I'm about to throw them." Kirstin replied.
