You have noooo idea, little fleshling. the day will come when my art student hordes will wash over this world like... like... the perfect metaphor I will come up with at given time!

.. until then, I will be content watching my tyranids nomming on space marine tanks.
And they shall be a great wind that will wash over this world like....like a great wind? :3

I think we can agree that Space Wolfes are less likely to be hated then Ultra Marines.
I hate the wolves.

Moreso than the dullards that follow that fool Guilliman's every rambling thought as if it were gospel. Those fools are just too mentally blunt to see which power is ascendant in the universe.

If any wolves are reading, run and hide because I have not forgiven you for Prospero.

Black templars here.
Started out with them as a kid because of their easy colour scheme. After a while I realized they had KICKASS rules too. Profit.

Should you not get used to getting screwed over from all directions?

Screwed over? I see no screwing over I see only a brilliant master plan formulated by Tzeentch to lull our enemies into a false sense of security.

Are you proud of your military prowess? Hypnotised by the thrill of combat? Khorne Doesn't mind
Do you think your plots and strategy are amazing? Do you aspire to be promoted? Tzeentch grows in power
Do you take pleasure in killing us? Slaanesh rejoices
Do you pity us? Do you think our corpses defeted? Nurgle's laughter shakes the warp

Bah, Chaos suck; they poke their heads out of their silly like eye of terror every now and again "Are they gone..." *Bang bang bang* and they run back to their daemonic mummies. Guard rule

Used to play a long time ago. Dark elder mostly. But that was back when they first came out. Pretty sure there's been a few changes since then
They JUST came out with a new codex for them, not even a month yet IIRC.
Shows what I know. Been almost 10 years since I last played. Shame too. Really loved that game but everyone I played with sort of drifted away.

I love Warhammer 40,000, used to play a bit of the tabletop and read quite a lot of the books.

I also used to play Dawn of War and I'm now patiently waited for Space Marine to come out. Oh and obligatory:By the blood of Sanguinius and for the Emperor.

I wanted to get into playing it, but it's soooo expensive. Instead I just play the Dawn of War games and read up on everything. Let us ride, and claim their souls for COMARAAAAGH!

you humans with your uncivilized melee and your religious indoctrination.
You could be so much happier serving the greater good.

Uhm... neither to all of them. You chaos-dudes are just food that leaves a bit of a funky aftertaste. We come, we feed, we leave a floating piece of rock in space while not giving a blasted fuck about your gods.

Oh hey, what reminds me, wassn't there this funny story where your chaos gods get held at bay in the warp by "a singel psycher"? So.. excuse me, I have some world feeding to do while we and the Orcs laugh over your chaos..

I play IG, Necron and Tau.
http://vokuts.deviantart.com/ <--That be me IG project.

And the moment I saw that 50% of GW's codexes are for Space Marines, I facepalmed and decided never to touch them.

Anyone here play 40k?

I do and as youve probably guessed from my profile pic I play tau cuz I orgasm over their battle suits

Also I despise spacemarines
I will when I get moar monehs. At the moment, funding 40K is like letting a black hole take up residence in your wallet.

I still play the games and pay avid attention to the community, but I'm not buying/building/painting/playing till I have more money.

FOR THE EMPEROR!

I play Space Marines, specifically the Raven Guard, screw the Ultramarines.

I do also enjoy the Tau fluff-wise and I would have played them, but we already had a Tau player in my group of friends when I got into the game, so the Raven Guard it was for me, them being my favorite Space Marines chapter.

All my friends each own their own, different army so we take turns using each others armies when we want to mix things up. We've got people playing Space Marines (me), Imperial Guard, Tau, Orks, Dark Eldar, Tyranids, Grey Knights, and Chaos. Just missing Eldar and Necron and we've got the whole gang of 'em.
