Go for a walk. I'm not kidding, I was in the exact same position as you a few months ago: just got for a massive, looooooong walk to anywhere and back and just concentrate on walking, don't think about anything else at all. You'll feel so much better afterwards when you collapse into bed too tired to do anything else, seriously.
Also, just talk about it with friends, both mutual and non-mutual friends - if other people can let her know how you're feeling and why then maybe it'll help things.
