"...You're welcome." Sniper replied after some hesitation. "I think it would be best if you slept in the cockpit. It's not very comfortable, but it's private. Varger should still be in there, but we can kick him out." he said, trying to lighten the mood, more so for himself than for Charlotte. He left her leaning against a wall as he told the sleeping cyborg to leave. He warily complied and Sniper gestured for Charlotte to enter the cabin.
Sniper sighed lightly, barely hearing Laura now. He picked the girl up, carefully watching where he put his hands, and laid her on one of the pilot chairs. Worried that her legs would get cold, he took off his shirt and gently wrapped it around them as best he could, then left.
"I try." Sniper said to Laura, wearily, as he leaned against the wall just outside the cabin, then sank to a sitting position. He hadn't really realized how tired he was.
Varger would NOT be doing that again in a hurry. He would need quite a bit more cognative energy to disconnect from all systems without damaging the plane at speed next time. Connecting was simple, disconnecting was not, if done too fast it would backlash across his mind especially since he connected his reactor to the plane.
He finally fully disconnects and notices that Charlotte has been placed into the cabin and is asleep. He stands up and leaves. He stops in the doorway and looks back before continuing out of the plane and into the dark. He sits in the quiet of the night, night vision on, and just tries to think of what to do. "People are coming for me...guess I'll be dealing with them first" He says under his breath.
OOC: This is how I'm imagining Charlotte right now:
Zen and Natani peer out. "We... aren't moving. Good." Zen mutters. "What's happening here? Where are we?" Natani asks the group, reaching for his knife. Zen does the same.
