OOC: Great...so all of my tech won't work against that (Since its an OC I could just invent an ability but that would be tremendously OP and not very fun at all) Also Shard weapons are quite loud since its firing shards of matter layered in a Null Field (Which I've came up with some interesting 'rules' about, pretend science FTW)
OoC: Do what you will, it seems people are already mad cuz i 'halted' things...
Also OoC: Ranged weapons won't do a whole lot, Noc has a shield that blocks/absorbs and essentially makes him invulnerable to ranged abilities. I main with him in LoL. It's fun
