The Marines advanced in formation, Tarkus at the lead with Caim and lysandros flanking him. They watched their autosense, alert for whatever warp-spawn had emerged from the portal.
"Another demented zealot? Wonderful." AEanna groaned as the power armoured figure approached, aiming his weapons at them. Her hands were empty, so he would not expect it if she cast a sudden paralysis spell on him, and she grinned at the idea.
