Jio wakes up. He looks around taking in the sights, the two giant craters from Medea's attack, the cityscape, with it's lights and sounds, the barren dusty desert.
"Seems like a good morning to train my powers. Then again, that's what I'd do anyway." Jio smiles and closed his eyes as he sits cross-legged. The air grows cold as his hair turns whiter than a bleached bone, if his eyes weren't closed they would slowly turn crimson red, and the Mark of the Beast appears on his forehead.

"Except... nevermind. Look, what you must understand is that while an individual human means nothing to you, they mean a lot to others. Imagine if you killed Conall. Winona, Mia, Four,many of us, all would have been devastated. Now the fact is, none of us are really any more important than any of those 'average humans'. Every time you kill one of them, you leave their friends, their family, all their loved ones distraught by his loss. That soldier that you executed when the others wanted to let him go for example. He had children, and they will now have to grow up witout a father because of that. Why do innocent people that you do not know deserve that any more than those that you do?"
