@Jag Listen Jag. The problem here is that you've just not been making sense with your character. Notice how with every other character, their backstory and powers have been established right at the start of their presence. They don't change after that. Your character , however, has been geeting more and more new stuff added to him as time goes on, to the point that he just makes no sense. You want to do better? Take him back to the beginning. Give him the equipment and powers he hadin the story you got him from, and leave it at that. Lose all this 'feeds on fear stuff.' Its crap. Completely unrelated to the character you originally introduced. Or if you want a different set of powers, get rid of Alastair and use something else. And forget about trying to set up plots.
