Alastair (IF YOU HAVE BEEN FUCKING LISTENING!) has had powers for 21 years (Since he was born) And in a state of fear would tap into his magika and use it. Now since Sofia is gone he has become stronger and way crazier because he has lost his mental barrier. He just flicks his fingers and teleports. He now can easily create a fort out of a structure. So there powers there.
His weapons are a katana and a pistol. He uses wards for use of his magika and thats it!
His village was burnt down and Alastair chased down Rugal, Joel and Swiftrunner. He doesnt know how the fuck did it so he is hunting for that paticulaur person.
