If you remember correctly, our task is to help those civilizations in help. We try to give what advice we can to them. Although we have to be careful, as a civilization must also reflect on what it has done and not just depend on outside sources to survive. It's another way we've learned how a civilization can function; how well do they treat the third party? It's... not an easy process. And not every civilization shares the same ideology. Some we have to leave alone for their own lessons, even with the time and attention we've given to understanding them."

Charlotte sits on a chair in the middle of a room smiling at the camera.

"Hey everybody, its just little old me, Charlotte, just giving you guys an update in the past year since we have met." Charlotte sighs before continuing, leaning more towards the camera.

"To be honest, it has been a rough year. With Kenneth and Angel trying to assimilate our timeline with the current universe, we have been floating in space defending the Earth until the Time Divers fixed it... Which was pretty recent, to be honest."

"The fleet is fine, but we lost the Shirogane during one of our fights against the Crusaders. That and Chifuyu passing away..." Charlotte gazes elsewhere before returning back to the video. "But we have gotten stronger and better. All IS pilots know are fused with their machines and AI's that's a positive. And soon we will be launching our L5 Campaign Offensive. That will slow the Crusaders down."

"One more thing before I head off. In the next few weeks or so, in coorelation with the switch of Common Era to the new Space Common Time Century, the International Infinite Stratos Tournament, the Mondo Grosso will be held. Hope to see you guys there!" Charlotte blows a kiss to the camera before it blacks out.

"Wow... She really is cheerful!" says Winter.

Four let out a pleasant sigh, "Good to see she hasn't changed much. I haven't even heard of this 'Mondo Grosso' thing though."
Four gave a mental shrug and thought. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

"Hmm? Oh, greetings sir. I was just examining your vessel here. Pardon me if you might take offense, but it's a mighty strange looking craft." Dandy said, spinning on his heel to turn and face Tanner.

"How so?" I ask.

"I see. Well, I've only ever encountered two organizations. The STEA government and the Zenom Syndicate. By and large, they were mostly the same. If you weren't an OPT, you were trash, and the best you could hope for was to go unnoticed and not be killed in some sort of crossfire. Even if you were an OPT, if you were unskilled, and had a low ranking O-Part, you weren't much better. If you were lucky, you might be given a good one, but if you had no skill with it, you were still useless." Jin pauses for a moment. "Actually, that might be generous. Even some of the 'high ranked' ones were seen as trash by the leaders. All they wanted were the Recipes. And even those were seen as pawns... Yeah, that's not too cheery a picture."

Winter shrugs as well. "Who knows? Maybe we can see it together! With Gwen and everybody else!" she giggled.

OoC: So we're gonna be taking part in a tournament I take it? Should be interesting...

Huh. How odd.
There are so much things I don't get. Even when I did have a body, I hardly understood you lot did most of the things you did.
I think being with you changed some of that, though.

"Pardon me for being frank, but it just doesn't seem sky-worthy. How'd you even get such a thing here in the first place? It looks so beat-up you could tell me you flew it through a minefield and I'd hardly be surprised. Not to mention it isn't plated with gold, but that's more personal taste than anything else." Dandy said, tapping his cane on the ground in front of him and placing both his hands on it.

<color=purple>"It sounds like a very oppressive system... So, I've heard a lot about OPTs from what Jio and you were talking about. Are O-Parts, most generally, the machines of your society? People carry O-Parts, but yet this ship, as you've mentioned, is an O-Part as well. What makes an O-Part an O-Part and differentiates it from other machinery?"

"Oh I've had lots of fun with her before. I'm sure she'd like you too!" Four giggled, giving Winter a kiss on the cheek.

"Well that would explain some of it. Oh pardon me, where are my manners? I haven't introduced myself." Dandy gave Tanner a bow and took off his hat, "You can call me Mr. Dandy."

Well, the mortal world was, and I supose still is, very wierd to me.
I supose back then it was because I was so very diferent from the rest.
I mean, I couldn't die, I had no sense of touch and I didn't need to eat, drink, sleep or breathe.
Such things rather distord one's view of the world. Heck, before I joined you guys, I didn't even understood the vallue of life and saw fighting as just another fun game. Erica explains, and then was silent for a bit, lost in thought.
As for me being with you, learning about new things?
Yes, definitly a good thing.
Afterall, if I'm to ever live a normal life, I should understand just how I'm suposed to do that.

"She told me alittle about you... And I can understand why she loved your company.<3" said Winter, grabbing Four around the waist, pulling her close.

"Now where did Gwen go off to?"

"Well, I hear OPTs are fairly uncommon. Something like one in every 20,000 people are OPTs from my understanding. There are some machines as you would call them. But they generally don't compare to O-Parts like the Big Orphan here. And this one is only a B Rank O-Part, much like my blade, Ashura." Jin began.
Taking a look to make sure that Gwen was following along, he continued. "It is my understanding that O-Parts working by using the information they have gathered at some point. So, my sword apparently gathered the information of fire. An OPT can emit Spirit which will look like a white mist or fog." He demonstrates by allowing his Spirit to rise. As he had said, it looked like a white mist.
"Now, I can channel this into an O-Part to activate it's effect." He takes Ashura off his back and the mist channels into the weapon. Initiate effect. The blade erupts in blue flames.
"See? In addition, my sword only has a normal flame effect. With another OPT, it would probably be red or orange. But I'm a little better than your average OPT. Did that help?"

OoC: @Rosh Awww. Now I am disappoint.

"Gwen's over there, talking to Jin. She is really engaged in that conversation though, she wasn't even fazed when I ate cupcake frosting off of her face!" Four said, hugging Winter around the neck.

"Well then Jerome, would you care to invite me inside, or would you prefer we converse out here in the cold night air? Doesn't make much difference to me." Dandy said as he righted himself and place his hat back on his head.
