"Well, how much does it eat? If it follows us, how will it affect the local wildlife? And, n my world the Dragon Knights usually had to take care of their dragons. This generally meant they were in much better health than any wild ones, though. I'm just saying that we shouldn't forget such tings. It might be better to leave it alone, if it is truly docile. Though, didn't it attack once before?" Riou responded.

 

[Random berk]

"You know, we still have no idea if this particular dragon is intelligent. If it is one from Daniel's world then it is all well and good, but what if it is not? For all we know, it could have been one of the dragons from my world, in Dromaeus's time, or even from the Dragon wars. I do not think that is the case, but you are making many assumptions with very little evidence." AEanna said to the group at large.

"Allright then. I think it's kinda odd that you'd wanna just throw it all off, but if you want to just relax for a bit, go ahead. I got nothing against it."

Matthew woke "Man I haven't slept better since I got here. I should actually sleep in a bed more" Matthew went over to where he usually trained in the morning. Which was a tree next to the lake. He was commpletly oblivous to what was happening around him and focused on his training

"Hmm..." Grace said as she relaxed in the water.

Daniel was sick of all the guessing and theorising. It just stabbed him now. Keeping this hidden had previous diverted attention and kept him and others safe. Now his clumsy forays were driving wedges between people, forcing them to spend time considering things that were irrelevant due to his knowledge. Perhaps...he could tell someone. Finally. Erica would protect him and if not he would fly away and never return. It was an unspoken arangement he had just made between himself. His eyes darted around and he turned away, motioning for Erica to follow.

 

[Chungus]

"Maybe it won't understand me. Still, I'm willing to give it a shot.
It may be a crazy idea, but new ideas often are called crazy." Erica said to AEanna.
"Huh? I don't remember it attacking." She said to Riou.
She then saw Daniel gesture for her to follow him and did so. "Danny wants to talk. In private. I'll be back shortly!" She said to Riou and AEanna as she walked.

Makoto closed her eyes and laid back. Soon she was practically asleep in the sun.

OoC: Off for a bit, dinner.

Riou looks to AEanna. "Am I mistaken? It had attacked before, right?"

Grace continued to swim in the water.

AEanna nodded and stood with her arms folded. A gust of wind chilled her through her soaking dress. She'd forgotten about the wave that the dragon had created during all the arguing.
"It did not actually attack the last time we saw it." She replied to Riou. "I was surprised by that actually. Mithas shot at it, and yet it restrained itself, merely roaring and spitting small gouts of flame."

 

[Saltyk]

"Interesting. That is out of character for any beast that I have known. I wonder why..." Riou said, placing his hand on his chin to think.

Daniel stopped a fair ways away and turned to Erica. "Its time to end it." He said quietely. "I have finally come across a situation where not knowing is causing more damage thanit prevents." He shifted in his shoes and looked around nervously. This was very hard for him.

 

[Random berk]

"I agree. I have seen bears attempt to frighten intruders off of their territory in such a manner, but they will always attack if provoked, as to wolves, trolls, sabre cats and any other wild animal you care to name. I cannot fathom why it would not defend itself with aggression when attacked."

 

[Chungus]

"So you're gonna reveal your secret to the rest?" Erica asked, then rubbed her lower lip in thought.
"I think it's a good time to do so. I think I've done a pretty good job at convincing the rest not to attack on sight.
The chances of them attacking when you let the dragon out of the bag is pretty slim." She added.

 

[Saltyk]

"It is odd. Why would a mere beast not attack in such a situation... And why wouldn't it attack if it was hungry? It seems to be strange creature."

 

[Random berk]

"Maybe Erica is right. Maybe it is something more than a simple animal."

 

[VeneratedWulfen93]

"We'll see." He chuckled to assure himself before looking sternly at Erica. "I'm putting my trust in you Erica. The life of Daesannaven son of Borch Three Jackdaws is in your hands." Light began to swirl from him. "Return to the others with me behind you. We'll see what happens then." With that Daniel closed his eyes and was replaced with his Dragon form.

"That remains to be seen, I think. It could have been injured, and was more concerned with trying to scare off a potential threat than actually fight it off. There are any number of potential explanations."
