OoC: Personally, I'm still trying to pin down the theme of this thread. The last one focused a lot on wether it was better to stay trusting and loving or to become hateful and self serving when exposed to extreme circumstances. So far though, this one seems to be all about just heaping shit on people to see if they can stay under control and persevere by themselves.

Before Joe could react he was blown away from the impact. He fell off of the ship and into the water. He was about to go and take another swing at Rachel when he saw her fix the ship. He hesitated long enough for him to stop. He dissipated the flames and stood there in the shallow water, brooding, trying to think of what to do.
