@Slenn I noticed in the last thread, most of the characters had issues to get through, and the good guys generally tried to help them past those issues with freindship and therapy, tursting them and standing by them, while the bad guys tried to use those problems to make them bitter and hateful to turn them against the world, or failing that, just break them completly. However, I did play prominent characters on both sides of that (Laguna and Hazama) so maybe I'm biased.

Tophat tried to "rewrite" most of the womans consciousness with the Erica, while keeping the womans feelings intact.

OOC: @Gear. Well, I can agree with the Villain side of it. The most common thing I noticed in the last thread was that most of the villains in it (Regulus, Kessler, Eliphas) had a psychic ability that let them speak to people in their minds and try to sway them. I think in any sort of story, most of the characters has some boundary to overcome, sooooo.... having our characters have issues seems kind of a given.

As much as she tried to keep silent so to not draw unecessary attenition to her and Tophat, Erica could not take take it anymore and cried out in pain.
"Aaaarg! It hurts so much!!" She screams as she brabs her head in both hands.

The Fortune teller motioned for Roland to sit down. She placed a card in front of him, XIX. The Sun. "Something wonderful will come into your possession...something that it to be saved...until the time is right." She said to Roland.

OoC: @Nailik I have an eye for this kinda thing. Heck, you know Arakune, that blob I played at the start of the second thread? Not to toot my own horn but I listend to his theme, and found symbolisim pertaining to his motivation, personality, relationships to other characters, fighting style, back story, and even some foreshadowing.
@Slenn Fair enough, but the thread seemed to have a heavy emphasis on that compared to other stories. One of the benifits of collab work, everyone has their own little thing they can flesh out really well.
