"That 'cause I am..." Erica said to Valentine as she sat up again, then looked back at AEanna. "Maybe. But like I've said, I seem to be getting sucked into the violence more and more.
I've found myself in several situations where running away wasn't an option because of some reason or another.
And I'm afraid of becomming jaded myself..."

Gabranth nodded, though he figured Kayle's idea what to do with William once he was captured were rather diferent from his own. He got out of cover and cast a Protect spell on himself asa precaution. A blue caparace-like shield briefly flashed infront of him, then disappeared again.
He tightly grabbed is swords and cautiously walked over to William. "William Tark, I presume?" He asked as he approached.

Gerry nodded solemnly and walked toward the exit. "[sub]...I will more my bed out latter...[/sub]" he said very sadly before leaving. He walked outside and his composure broke into pieces. He managed to make it to Grace's room and collapsed on the floor, weeping heavily.
Austin was still chewing on the candy stick minding his own business when Noel showed up. He stood there, mouth slowly opening up as the candy stick fell from his mouth. He still managed to grab it before it fell to the ground. "I...eer... that is really..." Austin was lost for words.
Winter chuckled at Four and Gwen. She mimicked Four on Gwen's other shoulder.

Asha wanted to say something about hoping to stay friends with Gerry, but she felt that both the sentiment and actually saying something would just make things worse. She flopped back down on her bed and sullenly stared at the ceiling.

"Sometimes fighting is unavoidable Erica. Killing, unfortunately, is often unavoidable as well. If you are forced to do it often, then for the sake of your own survival, you will find it less abhorrent." She sat up and looked directly at Erica, her great almond shaped eyes solemn and focused.
"That is something that you will not be able to stop. But what you can do, is make sure that you never become indifferent. Always judge the situation with all the information that you have available.Do not kill unless there is no other option. Never kill an inncoent person because it is the easiest thing to do, only when it is a person who genuinely dserves it. If you must take a life, then you know that you do so because it will spare the lives of others in the process. Do you understand? Having killed someone does not automatically make you evil. If done for the right reasons, it can make you a hero."

OoC: @Outis I have a question. Why did Grace allow Gerry to get involved in a relationship? I mean, she needs him for a sacrifice and it HAS to be a willing sacrifice. But allowing him to get involved in such a thing doesn't make sense. It would give him a reason to live. To refuse to be used. And from what I know, in this case, sacrificing him under these conditions would guarantee failure. So why would she take that chance? Why she risk that? Especially since her goal is so important to her. I can see no benefit to her goals to allow Gerry to actually try to have a life. Even if she wanted him to fail, there was a chance he wouldn't and would find some true happiness, making all of her efforts meaningless.

OoC: @Outis No, I saw that in the thread. I think I read it at lunch one day or maybe I was just lurking. It wasn't like you hid that Grace was going to sacrifice Gerry. And I also saw Winter volunteer to take his place.
