Makoto began eating, careful to balance out satisfying her hunger and not eating every crumb of food on the table. "What, you got something planned?"

OOC: Screw it the direction of my plot has changed. The experience will hopefully explain how such a small participation in seemingly the most random thing can have a huge impact. This will dissapoint @Nail I believe but I had another realisation. I can't be arsed to do plots that aren't really thought through.

"I don't but Miss Tabane Shinonono might... Or something else. Just a feeling I guess." Winter shrugged

OOC: @Ven: Basically the same here. I've always considered myself a console gamer I guess. I have really fond memories of playing Risk and Monopoly with my family on our PS1 (and losing badly because I was, like, seven), and the first gaming system I had a say in buying was a PS2. Makes me sad to think I never did finish Jak 2, which was my first game...And yeah, now I have a 360. Although, I have played a small amount of games on the PC, things like The Sims, Age of Empires, and Civilization.

@Ven, I'm more of a 'I don't give a fuck what it's on' kinda guy. The way I see it, consoles and PC's are the same, a method of delivering the product to the consumer. I've been using my laptop because I bought a bunch of games for cheap from steam, but I use consoles when I can't run it on my laptop.

And I use it because TF2 and Minecraft are on it.

Austin was munching on some french toast. "Oh yeah, you didn't join in either teams did you? Ok, so summary. The infiltration team rescued a Miss Tabane Shinonono, a scientist that creates mini-mecha power armors. However, another team took down a signal radiating from a local university's library. Apparently they got into a battle with an enemy."

"In the end, we might be able to figure out where William is in the world."

OoC: Played Halo a few years ago, stopped playing around the time they released Reach and I discovered Minecraft, so I'm not fully aware of the entire Halo Franchise, but I know the basics of Halo.

@Ven: I love Halo... Except what they have been doing recently with some of the books...=_=

"Exactly" smiled Winter.

OOC: Well I'm playing a Reach era Elite, my favourite incarnation of my favourite video game enemy. A disgraced Field Marshall, given the choice of Arbiter or exile, he chose exile and left to find his glory and honour once more with his brother, a General.

OoC: @Rosh I like elites more. The honour, the badassness, the psuedo-feudal-japan society and architecture... they're the best kind of villans.

OOC: @Rosh well heres some more info. Since it is incredibly hard to imagine a name for an Elite, R'tas Vaduum, my Elite will hold the position of Swordsman. In Elite culture a Swordsman can mate with any number of any females to spread the 'swordsman's genes' like the chevaliars of Dragon Age. I love the ELites sense of honour, how its as much their weakness as it is their strength. To be wounded and survive is dishounarable and so an Elite will charge when wounded in the hope of dying with honour.

@Gear: I really won't consider them villains after diving more into their culture. Midway through the war, a fair amount of the elites started questioning why the hell did we start attacking the humans in the first place, and actually admired them as well.

OoC: I'm back.

Erica woke up, got out of bed and got dressed, looked at Valentine who was still sleeping like a brick, then left the ship.
[hr]
Gabranth woke up and kept watching William.

OOC: @Rosh Correct. Elites respect strength and believe the strongest enemies make the best allies. They never fully respected them mostly thought, still believing their martial prowess over humans was superior.
@Gear in Elite culture an Elite has to have killed at least 2 foes to be considered for mating and their rank is based solely on how many casualties they inflict on the opposing force.

OoC: @Rosh That's why I love them. Bad guys that have complexity and admire their opponents, instead of just going "they're weak do-gooder scum".
