OOC: @Gear. After that, I'm not sure what to say that wouldn't trip another land mine. But for right now, I apologize and I didn't mean for you to get that worked up about it. For me pretty much everything you just described is the exact opposite as to how higher level classes work. After I came here to Iowa State, the teachers said that 90% of the learning in courses doesn't come from lectures, but from doing things hands on. Lectures are already 50 to 75 minutes long. By that time the brain needs a rest. And after that it's labs and homework once the information is fresh in the mind. The only areas of homework I have problems with is when the teacher enforces quantity over illumination, and online homework. The brain tires out and you can't learn anything. Almost nothing is copy and paste in higher levels, and everyone in our physics club worked together to get everything done.

Erica's heartrate climbed higher still when her Rune began glowing feintly. Erica was in the state she was in due to a internal struggle. The Rune, for reasons unknown, was holding back the curse, and even working to nullify it. After a long arduous struggle, the black speck on Erica forehead grew smaller in size, and eventually turned into a small cloud of smoke that was taken away on the wind. Erica gasped loudly, then her breathing returned to normal.
