Austin looked at the portal and saw Kagutsuchi. Noel happily looked in. He looked back outside and said to Noel, but mainly for himself. "Well now... To a new endless frontier..." he slowly tapped his eyepatch and walked through the portal with Noel, hand-in-hand....

Winter sighed. "There is no right or wrong here Rose. Not anymore. Its simply how its meant to be..." She closed her eyes hand still gripping the zankantou.

"Then, stand aside and let us deal with this." Jowy said, placing his hand on Rose's shoulder to move her.

"Hmm...I'm afraid that does not narrow it down as much as you would think...Although, I can't really imagine who both Tanner and I knew. There were only a handful of people that we both..." Will said before stopping. He looked down at the boy, then knocked on Tanner's door. They received permission to enter and Will held the door open.

OoC: Okay, you guys decide. Jowy or Riou will die. There was a good ending, but it is impossible. Why? Joe, Dio, and Xu are dead. And Athena is missing. Only the full Stars of Destiny can alter the fate of the True Rune bearers. I was willing to forgive Dio, Xu, and Athena, but not Joe. And one reason I was waiting on the Grace/Gerry thing was to see what would have happened. If Gerry died, I wouldn't forgive that, either.
