The massive, forceful landing had pulverized most of the dragon's bones. It had also caused a quake that ruined the structural integrity of the cave, causing it to begin to collapse. The dragon saw a being going for its egg, several actually. In a final act of defiance it swatted the metallic figure into a wall with its tail, using what strength it had left, since it was closer than the others.

OOC: Fight's pretty much over now.

 

[Slenn]

Gwen pushed the dragon aside with her gravity. She ran over to Jio in a panic.
<color=purple>Shit...shitshitshitshitshitshitshit. Hope he doesn't kill me. "Crap! I'm sorry Jio! I didn't know it would fall on top of you like that! You going to be okay?" She panted.

Winter reached the egg, unsure of what to do. uuuuuhhhhh.... she thought.

Grace took out her knife and dropped her staff before dashing at the dragon. She scaled its rough hide with surprising ease and reached it's head. She stabbed it in the eyes repeatedly while still expanding the bubble in it's chest.

The metallic figure flew into the wall, causing even more damage to the structural integrity of the cave but otherwise no visible damage to him.
"Damned dragon" he said as he brushed some rubble off of his cloak and paced towards the egg again "that won't stop me"

Jio's arm went back into place with a snapping sound. "Not the first time, a giant creature slammed me into the ground. Hopefully, it'll be the last, though..."

Gerry also stood before the egg and wondered what to do.

Just take it and give it to Gwen or Jio. said a voice in Winter's head.

"Huh? Who's there?" I am

Winter turned around, as only she saw a strange looking mech piecing at her.

<color=purple>"I sincerely apologize anyway."

Gordon made a guilty expression as well.
"Sorry 'bout that too."

The both of them ran over to help lift one of the eggs. Gwen decreased the gravity on one of them and motioned for the others to help lift. <color=purple>"It's 212 kilograms! Holy crap!" With the decrease of gravity, Gwen lifted part of it with ease.

Gerry did his best to help Winter pick up the egg.

"No worries,"He said to her with a smile. "Gwen, reduce the gravity on the egg. I'll stop that creature." Jio lifted into the air and dashed through it until he smashed into the metallic figure knocking it off it's feet.

"Lovely, a dead weight then..." mumbled Winter, picking up the egg thanks to Gwen's help.

The mech's helmet revealing her face as the same woman when the group was in Paris in the warehouse. She vanished.

"Ow! Why?! This seems unnecessary!" The dragon somehow managed to protest as it was being stabbed and torn apart from the inside. From her perch atop the dragon's head, Grace could see a particularly interesting bit of treasure in the dragon's horde, A plain looking wooden staff that seemed intriguingly out of place among the dragon's many jewels and masses of gold coins.

This will help greatly. she thought to herself as she kept the knife firmly planted in the dragon's eye and increased the pressure ten fold in it's chest.

The dragon lets out a final, somewhat weak, roar as what was left of it's life ebbed away.

A large, bright red light emerged from the dragon and seemed to be sucked into the knife. Grace simply smirked and took the knife out. She hopped off the corpse and started collecting random treasures. She came to an unusual looking staff and took it, making sure to pick up her old one as well.

Gordon was able to stash some of the gold pieces from the dragon's horde for later trading.
Gwen and Gordon lifted the egg with Winter and safely made it into the Orphan.
