Gerry ran around and picked up a few particularly valuable looking treasures and then he and Grace headed back to the ship.

"You did very well, Gerry. I'm proud of you." Grace said with a smile. Gerry gave a small smile of his own, even if he didn't feel like he deserved the praise.

the metallic figure followed Gwen and Gordon at a distance, his eyes fixed on the egg.

OOC: sorry i disappeared for a min (or 10) the dog was going nuts for something to eat.

Grace and Gerry go into their small room, get undressed, and go to sleep.

the metallic figure was nocked to the ground but in a split second he seemed to get to his feet, pick up his staff and walk at super fast speed past jio.
"Out of my way fool, that egg there is mine and my chronometron here will keep me several moments ahead of you. give up"

Gwen took the spare sleeping bag from the ethereal plane and wrapped the egg in it so it wouldn't crack from any turbulence from the ship. After that, Gwen got undressed and had Winter sleep on the other side of the bed.

Gordon took off his equipment and went straight to bed.

OOC: Night folks.

"Fool? Look who's talking." Once more Jio hits the metallic figure, but this time sending him flying back instead. "Nest time, I won't pull my punches..."

Jio steals a few small treasures (or 20) and makes his way back to the Big Orphan.

Seeing the group coming aboard, Jin had the airship take off, leaving behind the strange creature.

OoC: I half expected the dragon would end up chasing us out, so I had Jin stay behind for that inevitability.
@Jort keep in mind he can fly in this form. And his powers are boosted by 100%.

"your not getting away that easily" the figure said as several metallic scarabs scurried out of his cloak and onto the hull of the ship before it took off.

 

[Saltyk]

Jio flies out and knocks the scarabs off leaving the hull intact. "Just give up. I'm far stronger than you."

OoC: Seriously, it's late I wanna go to bed. And we need the egg for a plot device.

OOC: and i need a way of tracking you all otherwise it becomes rather cheesy for me to keep 'conveniently' appearing where things are happening.

before jio managed to knock all of the scarabs off one of them tunneled into the hull of the ship, sealing its entry point.
"Even though i am not the most formidable at combat that arrogant fool wouldn't be able to best me" the figure said to himself.

"They are still not back and I think somebody stole my clothes and it's bloody cold out here must train more though I'll be able to beat everybody by the time they get back"

The Big Orphan continued on until it was back at the town. Everyone aboard had gone to sleep.

OoC: That's fine, I just didn't want this fight to drag out any further.
