The pair brush past everybody on the ship. Everybody can see that something was troubling them. They walked out of the ship, seeing that the decaying bodies of the Koltanium infected were still scattered around the ship.

Damn... With this type of control around, there has to be some type of reactor around... Let's find it.

Tophat heard Erica's explination and Grace's responce.
"Having to see those memories is enough to break most ordinary humans. I can barely watch them myself."
It saw Gwen and Gordon, and made a small nod in greeting.

"I supose so. Although it wasn't guilt that gave me a scar on my back." As Erica mentioned the scar, it began hurting again as if it was taunting her. Erica flinched, but didn't mention what she just felt.

"Hmm...this could be somewhat harder to cure, but I think I can still help you." Grace said as she thought for a moment. "We need to get rid of this Anger, and we need to subdue these memories. I think I can do both, but Anger should be our top priority." she continues.

"Anger is gone, at least for what I could see. And I have made progress on making sure she won't dream of the memories."
Tophat senses the human and pulls out its pistol.
"Reveal yourself!"
It shouts out while looking directly at the human.

"Well, Tophat is already helping me with the memories. So that problem is being taken care of.
As for Anger... Getting rid of it will be no easy task. Although utterly hateful, it isn't stupid.
It is extremely crafty and has evaded defeat on more then one occasion.
Making things more dificult still is the fact that it's not here. It's in a dimension that's mighty hard to reach." Erica said to Grace.

She yelped and jumped back as as Tophat shouted at the mutated human.
"Eww! What the crap is that?!"

It roars at the group, vomiting acid globs at the them.

Grace cast a barrier to pin the monster to the wall and block the acid.

 

[Kirke]

Tophat rolls to the side, then fired its pistol.

Erica hid behind Grace and aimed her pistol at the creature, but due to the sleep deprivation, she could hardly keep a steady aim.
She decided to just wildly fire at random and hope for the best instead.

 

[Slenn]

Gwen deflected any of the acid shots back at the zombie with reverse gravity fields. She then shot an invisible dark matter burst. Gordon pulled out his shotgun and fired. His HEV suit was resistant to the acid, but cost its shielding a little. (It's a haz-mat suit after all).

As the Metallic figure left the ship a highly advanced Egyptian-looking scroll appeared out of a black cloud in front of gordon freeman.

For a man of science such as you and for a highly advanced being such as myself there could be endless things to discuss but unfortunately my overzealous lust for fine things led to a confrontation. Erica's aim is extremely bad, so it missed entirely, making holes in the wall. The acid reflected back at itself does nothing as well.

TopHat's and Gordon's shots pierce the center of the beast, just as a larged tentacled mass sprouts out of it, swing wildly at the group.

It swings at Gordon's feet, knocking him down, then lunges at his face...

Grace uses another Barrier to try and crush the life out of the monster. Gerry fires a few spirit bolts at it.

Tophat pulls out its sword and cuts off the tentacles heading for Gordons face, still firing at the beast.
