OoC: @Nailik It's never explicitly told what Rustlung is, but from what I can piece together, Imulsion vapor gets into your lungs and starts making them ashen and/or metalic, causing victims to cough up a rust-coloured mixture of Imulsion, blood, and mucus. That worsens over a few months, then the victims actually cough up chunks of their lungs, throat and mouth, then die. No cure. And if the Imulsion is far along enough, you might skip that dying bit and just turn Lambent completly.
