OOC:I haven't actually seen Kefka in the videogames and stuff but from my understanding he's batshit crazy and wants to watch the world burn
"Yeah, the multiverse is full of them. Chroniclers, people who record things, and spread them across the multiverse. However, we cannot spread this information to those we write about. Basically, we record stories about other beings to implant into writers minds so they can spread the story around. Though, we don't really do much other then write the story down."
OoC: Kefka was always a pain to beat in Dissidia. A lot of the villains were. ExDeath was more of an annoyance and the Emperor rarely put up much of a fight, though he could get some lucky hits every now and then.
@Outis Kefka is the villain from FF6. probably one of the most powerful, evil, and bat-shit insane ones that ever graced a console. He actually succeeded in destroying the world, too.
@Silver: Well, Four isn't doing this out of any sadistic tendencies. And we both know she'd never be able to convince Misa to actually give Mia back her memories. Sooo, strike 1, I suppose.
Four started to put some pressure on the knife. It started to draw a small trickle of blood from Misa's neck.
As Kefka wandered around the city, he thought took in the sorry state paris was in. It wasn't nearly destroyed enough. This should be changed imediately!
Kefka raised his hand, preparing to call forth the Light of Judgement... but nothing happened. "What? ...Why doesn't it work?!
Grraaah!" Kefka jumped up and down in a fit of rage.
It would seem that while he avoided anihilation, his divine powers were not so lucky. "...Right... Time to think of a plan...

Step two: Destroy everything that moves.
Step three: Destroy everything that doesn't move!

Kefka kept walking and eventually came upon a closed clothes store. Hmm... I supose I could do with some new garments... He thought as he shot a fireball at the shop's widow and stepped through it. He grabbed a completely random collection of clothes and put them on. "Perfect!"
Kefka left the shop again and continued exploring the city.

Roland looks at Jio, "The officers of Imagination oversee the chroniclers. They enforce laws that keep the multiverse from collapsing in on itself. They are overseen by Imagination, the guy who creates universes."
Jio hears a voice in his head again, [HEADING=2]HEY! CAN YOU BLOODY HEAR ME! I'M TRYING TO TALK TO YOU, DEMON BOY!
Roland looks at Jio, "Of course. There are pretty much any power you can Imagine in the multiverse. Some beings have odd devices supply these powers, some are genetic.
Jio, hears the voice in his head again, Hey! I can hear that! And I can garantee you that he is as thick as a brick! I know, I've been in his head for 15,000 FUCKING YEARS! NOW RESPOND TO ME!
"Are there beings that can affect the outcome of events or force people to have certain feelings in this multiverse?" Jio asks bluntly.

"Finally done. Time to test it!" Jin smiles as he takes a small taste of the hot sauce. "Perfect! I'll make more later." He stocks the hotsauce and walks out to the hall.
As Kefka walked, he saw some sort of vehicle in the distance, two of them in fact. Were they perhaps airships?
But how was this possible? There were only two airships in the world, and Kefka destroyed one of them.
Kefka decided to investigate... and maybe blow them up. He walked over to the airships.
"I really shouldn't give you another chance..." Four trailed off. She sighed and added, "...but I'm going to, against my better judgement." She lowered the knife, but kept holding onto Misa.
