Roland looked at Jio, "Officers can, but if most of the time their actions result in offshoot timelines that have little effect on the main timelines. Officers are also, when Cupid is busy somewhere else, in charge of tying the red string of fate. However, misuse of this power can result in incredible torture."

Kefka hears a voice in his head, Hello! Who are you, and can you kill someone for me?

Roll over and die! Kefka replied to the voice in his head. The fact that some being was speaking directly to his mind didn't seem to bother him much.
Kefka was nearing the airships and could hear voices.

"I ask because I remembered something that happened once. Something between Winona and Conall. They each claimed that they felt a weird urge, like something was forcing them to act our of their normal character. So, who would do such a thing?" Jio looked at Roland with intense, judging eyes.

Four led Misa over to Tophat and placed it on her head. "Remember one thing. If you make me regret this, I'll make you regret it even more." She said, her voice still lacking even a hint of emotion.

Roland shrugged, "Proboably Ferdinand. He most likely wanted to start a huge god damn fleet." he says.

He had reached the airship and looked around if he could see anyone. If not, this would be a good moment to rig the ships to blow.

"I see. So, someone can affect people like that..." Jio stops to think for a moment. "So this organization is up to no good. I'll have to deal with them after I deal with the Recipes."

"I want to destroy an organization that creates chaos, ignores dangerous threats, and enslaves people for their own ends. Yes. The multiverse is better off without such a dangerous group." Jio was convinced of the evil of Imagination and his cronies.

"You do realize Imagination is imagination personified, right? The fact he has no free will of his own." he said.

'You do realize that I don't care, right? I'll still kill him and dismantle his organization. They are evil and the 'multiverse' is better off without them." Jio looks down at Roland completely stonefaced. "Which reminds me. Since there are people that can alter people's feeling in this organization, do you want to amend that story you told me about how you and Rose got together?"

Roland looks at Jio. "Alright. Just know that, in order to fully kill him, you'd have to kill every sentient being capable of thought." he said, "And I suppose Ferdinand tied the red... string of fate... to me." he said.
