"Search his past, you may be interested in what you find" Orkian said as he left.

OOC: i have absolutely no idea as to Riou's past i just know as a law of writing that in warfare everybody does something terrible.

"Then, maybe someone should help that man?" Riou says looking back as they approach the ship.

OoC: @Jort Unless you count killing a terrible genocidal maniac and madman terrible, not really. Not that I can think of.

<color=purple>"Easy there Four. Everyone's tired." Gwen got out her sleeping bags for Sara and herself.

Sara reminded her about Riou and Gordon. Gwen got out two more sleeping bags for them as well.
The sisters found some unused quarters in Four's ship and got ready to sleep.

Gordon went to sleep in a cargo room with the sleeping bag.

OOC: Captcha = mad science

DAMN FUCKING STRAIGHT! XD

"Please leave us be, sir." Grace said to Orkian. She and Gerry entered the ship and Grace took Kia the food she had gotten at the restaurant. She then prepared to find a place for her and Gerry to sleep.

OOC: @Jort: But he's from some kind of anime (I'm assuming), so I'm going to bet we won't find anything of interest.

Riou takes a sleeping bag from Sara and Gwen. "Thank you." With that he walks off and finds a place to sleep.

Ooc: @Outis Video game actually. Suikoden 2.

"I'm not gonna drag some homeless man to a mental hospital. Who knows if he might try to bite me or something like that." Four said to Riou. She wandered into the ship. "You know Gwen, you're always welcome in the captain's quarters." She said to Gwen cutely.

Asha had quietly followed everyone back to the ship.

"I suppose... Still seems a shame to abandon a man like that..." Riou replied to Four.

OOC: @Outis i have to agree with you about that.
@saltyk All's fair in love and war, Killing a genocidal maniac is still taking a life and by taking a life there is some mental damage (even though it may be small) which changes a person. Taking a life, no matter who the person is, is still regarded as evil under the eyes of both the law and the mind.

of course i could be wrong

Grace went to the same place she had slept in the last time she had stayed on Four's ship and she and Gerry went to bed. They were both silent for a time. "[sub]I am so glad to have you back. It was...frighting to see you taken away and put through so much pain...but soon none of that will matter. We will accomplish our plan soon enough.[/sub]" Grace whispered to Gerry as he buried his face in her chest. He began to weep, and she held him close till he cried himself to sleep.

Gwen heard Four's statement from outside the door.

<color=purple>"Sara, do you mind if I sleep with Four?"
<color=brown>"Well... just be sure to wake up at a good hour. Alright?" Sara said, making a tired sigh.

Gwen made her way out of her quarters and into Four's quarters where she tucked into her sleeping bag.

The both of them fell asleep fast.

OOC: @Drak, you can move Gwen into Four's bed if you want. Gwen's pretty tired as it is.
Goodnight everyone.

OoC: Yeah... the guy he killed, murdered women and children in cold blood. One scene includes a woman asking him to spare her and he tell her to oink and crawl like a pig. When she does he laughs at her. Thinking he'll spare her, she stops and looks up hopeful. His reply?
"Die, Swine!" Then he strikes her twice with his sword, when he honestly could have killed her in one swing.
Hell, in order to force his country into war, he had his personal unit slaughter his countries own youth brigade (young soldiers in training). Which is how Riou originally crossed paths with him.
When one of his general's failed to defeat Riou's army of 2,000 (granted the general technically had 20,000 troops) he sent the man out to be beheaded.
Yeah, killing him was a bad thing.

@Outis Eh, PSOne era RPG. Great story, too.

"He'll be fine...probably. You can't go around taking responsibility for everyone else's well being. You'll just go crazy that way." Four said to Riou. She wandered over to see Gwen...in a sleeping bag right next to the cots she had set up in the armory. She shrugged and lifted Gwen up onto the bed and flopped down next to her.

Asha went and fell asleep on a bed in the medical bay.

OOC: I am off as well!

OOC: @Saltyk .......Im not trying to say that it was a bad thing due to his actions, I'm saying that under the eyes of the law (and through most peoples ethics) killing anyone is inherently evil. That is why in war people aim-high or aim-low as to still fire upon the enemy (abide by the law) but not to kill another human being (abide by ethics). The codes of warfare dictate that if there is a possibility of capture the enemy without bloodshed than that is the preferred course of action (taking P.O.W's instead of genocide, yes i know its not helping my case much) but many people still take the lives of those people who have committed warcrimes instead of having them judged by the law (abiding by the persons moral and ethical code of conduct rather than the codes of conduct for warfare). some people just don't like taking a life for ANY reason.

too much boston legal has put me in a lawyer-ish mood.

OoC: @Jort Another scene includes Riou capturing an extremely skilled enemy general and his son a brilliant strategist (and nearly a match for his own strategist, Shu). The two will be recruited rather than killed (though the game gives you the option to command them to be killed, Shu objects as it's a waste of such talented soldiers). Mind you he kills other people, like Lord Gustav (a real bastard and potentially even responsible for the death of Riou's sister). Basically, everyone he kills is either quite the bastard, or a loyal soldier working to protect their homeland, just like he is fighting to protect the City State. So, no sympathy for the former, but the later is an act of war and he was a leader in that conflict.

One other thing, Luca Blight, the genocidal maniac, did. He sacrificed an entire city to the Beast Rune, one of the 27 True Runes, to feed it's power.

Before you think he is cartoonishly evil, his back-story is kinda sympathetic. He was out with his mother and father, the Queen and King of Highland, when they were attacked. His father escaped, but he and his mother were taken captive. It is heavily implied that his mother was raped. Repeatedly. In front of him. That is, until the royal guard showed up to rescue them. And that the men were later shown to have been working for, or soldiers of the City State.

So, evil genocidal bastard, but holy shit that is dark.

And one other thing about Riou. His Rune is an aspect of a True Rune. These special Runes have special wills and force their bearers into certain situations. Like war. His has a particularly special goal...

Anyway, I'm off for the night. I'll be back in the morning to see what happened.

OOC: Missing every single plot is ridiculously annoying. @ salty I would rate your plot, really I would but I was never part of it and could only read it the next day, probably the same will happen with Drak's plot and even if I had my own plot alot of people would miss it due to time constraints -sigh-

OoC: Morning. Just saying that today, because I caught up.
And why is it all the new guys don't seem to flip out over the two lesbians? Shouldn't people flip out over a lesbian couple?
And FYI, I won't be on today. May somone prepare a short little summery of what happens while you do it?
Sorry, @Ven, for not being available for interaction.

Winter returns from her marble on Gwen's finger. Is today the day? she thinks.

She gets dressed and exits Four's ship, eyeing the Eiffel Tower.

OoC: @Wacky It's pretty heavily implied that two of the people Riou recruits into his army were gay. Why would he flip out over lesbians?
