Katniss reached the parking lot. She saw the chicken run under the cars. Katniss sees her chance an opens a gas tank. She readys a arrow. She fires and runs as quick as she can away. The arrow strikes true and the entire car park explodeds. Katniss is trapped in all of the crowd.

The arrow hit the fuel tank and puncters it. Katniss does this to all cars and waits for the chicken to go through one.

He watched the robot battles for a moment, his green eyes following their movements perfectly.

Unless the arrow was set ablaze, there's no way in hell it could make a gas tank explode.
Bullets can't even do that.

The chicken made it to the other side of the parking lot. "Man...this job sucked. And did I lose part of my frigging cloak? Oh man, if those guys get a hold of it my boss is gonna kill me. Well, maybe not me, but someone's gonna die. Anyway, Phantom Steed." The chicken summoned a tiny horse and rode from the scene as fast as it could.

Katniss saw the pony and ran as fast as she could. There was still a gap between them but Katniss could easily sprint faster to get the chicken.

As Erica followed the blood trail, she came upon part of the chicken's cloak. She grabbed it in case there were some clues inside and put it in her pocket before continueing to follow the trail.
She followed the trail outside and noticed the chicken was storming off on a horse of some sorts.
"Bugger!"

Gilgamesh had entered the stadium, figuring that in such a place weapons were to be found.

"Oh, paris. get in" i say opening a door on the hovering vehicle

Sephiroth quickly took the fallen rag of cloak, feeling it might make him more important somehow.
