"Nonsense." Erica said to Daniel. "This wouldn't be the first time we beat something when the odds were staked against us.
Granted, enemies have never teamed up like this before, but it won't change anything in the end.
Besides, we can't give up. Someone's gotta stand up to them, or would you rather have they continue their plans of destroying the world or what not?"
