"It gets worse before it get's better, Asha..." He places a hand on her shoulder to reassure her. "Do you want me to continue?"

Grace pulled Makoto up off of the floor and looked her in the eye. "Stop that. This...this is not about you. It is about me...me and a...problem I have." she said, not really wanting to go into details.

Joe's Brain hops through the portal again. "And here is your Blue shifter EMily, thank you for the opportunity." It walked to her and handed the device back.

OoC: @Outis Don't worry. It's late, but I'm not leaving until something is resolved.

Makoto hugged Grace, pressing into her. "Then let me help! Grace, I love you, and if you have something you need to get past, I'll be behind you every step of the way." Makoto was starting to tear up. "But if I was wrong to start this relationship, or if you really want to do this on your own, then just let me be for now."

"Eventually..." Jowy says, taking his hand off Asha's shoulder.
"Well, we took her back to Viktor's fort. Riou and I ended up fighting alongside him and Flik against Luca's main forces. Unfortunately, we underestimated what his forces could do and the fort fell. Riou and I raced to save Pilika and found Luca fresh from killing one of the mercenaries and about to bring his sword down upon her. We intervened, but were no match for him. We go lucky, though and Viktor and Flik had managed to cause enough of a disturbance and destruction to stop Luca and we all ran out."
He stops and takes a deep breath. "On the way to Muse, we stopped in Pilika's village and went into the shrine that her family were caretakers for. It was there that Riou and I got our Runes. The Bright Shield and Black Sword. After that, we went on to Muse and helped with the war effort as much as we could. Riou and I were asked to infiltrate the Highland camp and see how much supplies they had. And this is where things get complicated..."

"I guess you could say in Joe's head... it's quite spacious." The brain answered EMily.

"Hey!! I heard that!!" Joe shouted at his brain.

The brain sighed. "Sorry. And yes it seems to be in working order, never seem one of thses quite like this." The brain concluded to EMily.

Grace hesitated, then hugged Makoto tightly. "No...no I need to tell you." she pauses to take a deep breath. "I have only...had sex, as people on this land would say, with one person before...and only a small number of times. But...every time we did I...I changed. I become so...forceful and aggressive...almost violent. It is hard for me to control, and I did not want to hurt you or scare you." she explained, getting quite emotional. "I hope you will not think less of me because of this...though I understand if you do..." she added, some tears sliding down her cheeks.

<color=blue>"Ah, okay. Very good then. It's modeled after a children's toy that can cloak small things."

"...Grace. I think nothing less of you. You're trying to protect me, and I thank you for that. I can try and take it for you if you want, but if you want to stay chaste until this is fixed, then I understand that, and I admire it." Makoto raised a hand to wipe away Grace's tears, then gave Grace a small kiss. There was no passion or sexuality in it, just love.

Asha stood by quietly listening to Jowy and taking in everything he said to her. "Okay, how did things get complicated?"

Four sat by, not really having anything to add to any conversations. She messed with the color changer on her suit and eventually managed to find the camouflage setting. She couldn't help but mew with delight as she observed the shifting patterns on her suit as she moved about.

Grace closed her eyes and pressed her forehead against Makoto's. "[sub]Thank you.[/sub]" she said quietly. She then opened her eyes and said, "I have faith that, if we stay together...if you are with me...I can overcome this...this shameful problem of mine." she said with a small smile.

"It may have been small, but the technology is still useful, and knowledge however small should be cherished." The brain concluded.
