OOC: @FPS From what I understand Bane pretty much has nothing in common with his comic book counter part. I don't think they even have his nationality or the venom chemical really

Cloud stops and picks up the envelop. "Well... This guy seems to be a rather twisted individual..."
He decides to open it, but not with his hand. He places the envelop on the ground and uses the Side Blade to cut the envelope's sides and along the back of it, but just enough to cut the envelop itself and not the contents. This would result in it folding open.

As Karl ran through the door of the building he was in, he crossed a street section where a line of sight of the tablet was established. Seeing that he wasn't in danger, he stopped running to conserve energy.
