Sophia had been talking a bit more with Shara before Victoria and Samus and gang returned. "More than you'd think..." Sophia said wearily. "It's a rather long and really complicated story. How'd you guys make out?" She asked, wanting to at least see if Victoria had a shorter story before Sophia had to go over what had happened here.

Samus looked over as she heard Dace, examining the man and his ship, still working on her helmet without even lookign?.

 

[Wackymon]

Medic nodded, and then stared at Dave, and sighed, and once more shot his crusaders crossbow at the space hilbilly's foot.
"Sorry about him, he is such an annoyance."

 

[Slenn]

"Same question as Victoria. Minus the profanity."

 

[Demonjazz]

Dace had previously that day put some metal reinforcements on his boots. After getting shot he brought out his rifle again. "Ya shoot me again and I'll blow your head off!"

 

[Gearhead mk2]

Samus looked at Dace, then the medic, then back at Dace, internally noting this was a very odd day. "You just attacked him unprovoked." she said to the Medic.

 

[Drakmorg]

"I got to hit a guy and made some money, so not bad."

Vicky replied to Sophia, holding up the wad of cash she had gotten.

"So what have you idiots and everyone that isn't wearing a doofy lab-coat or a stupid eye-patch done with your lives?"

She asked again.

 

[Zepherus14]

"Well..." Sophia said slowly taking in a deep breath shortly after. "Shara and I worked on fixing the engine on the ship... well mostly Shara, I just held a flashlight. Then this woman from Japan came, demanding that Shara give a million... dollars or Yen or something. Anyways, things escalated, and they nearly got into a gun fight. Then Tavish for some reason fired a bunch of explosives into the lake and blasted it to bits. Then some time after that that ship came with this other guy and a robot, they took a picture with me while that Medic guy tried to shoot us with a crossbow. Then that Japanese woman came back, they got into another fight. Shara apparently won. I tried to heal Shara after she'd been shot, but then that medic guy did it. Then I had a nap apparently..." Sophia explained breathlessly by the end. "And that's about when you showed up..."

 

[Wackymon]

"Vhell, I vould vather you not, but I hate you so much." he said.
Looking at samus, "He called me a mad Doktor! Zhat is not stuff you say in polite compony, even when it is true! Then he said zhat I looked like a romantic era reject vhen he looked like a mideval soldier reject, and is proobably just as compatant! Zhen he took pictures of everyvun!" the medic said, his madness slightly more pronounced than usual.

"I tried ta blow up Nessie, but I forgot that I had the wrong lake." Tavish replied to Vicky. "Whats this about a stupid eye-patch? Would ya rather I just show me empty eye socket?"

 

[Demonjazz]

"Were ya raised in a barn! Not liking someone ain't no reason ta shoot 'em!"

 

[Slenn]

EMily took a pause to process what Sophia just said.
"Well, that brings us up to speed then." She made a small chuckle.

 

[Drakmorg]

"Huh. I expected a bit more than that."

Vicky replied to Sophia, seemingly underwhelmed by what she had said.

"And you said the lab-coat guy tried to shoot you again?"

She asked for confirmation. She lazily titled her head towards Tavish and answered,

"Not that I'd have expected you to think of this, but why not just get a replacement?"

She pointed her left thumb at her metal left eye and she spoke.

 

[Demonjazz]

"It's da second time he shot me today!"

 

[Zepherus14]

"You could say that..." Sophia breathed a bit heavier for a short time more.

"Well apparently he wanted to shoot the new guy that had appeared, not me... But I was standing right beside the new guy. He seems nice enough, but he's pretty strange, and his accent is really odd too." Sophia replied to Victoria, a bit of a conflicted pout on her face as she fiddled with one ear. It was kinda obvious Sophia was trying not to stare at Victoria's metal eye.

 

[Wackymon]

Medic glared at the spacecowboy, "Vhell, sounds like VOU ver the vun who lived in a barn!" he shouted at the knight.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Stop fighting." Samus commanded them both, sounding like a stern teacher telling off some young pupils.

 

[Demonjazz]

"I was raised in a farm house! You got something against farms, city boy!" He then shouted at Samus "Tell him to stop shooting me!"

 

[Wackymon]

"Only vhen zey don't clean up after going into ze pig sty!" he yelled.
Listening to the two women, medic paused.
"I am going to get knocked to ze floor again, ahnt I?" he asked.

"What does dat gotta do with anyting!"
