Vicky gave Dace a stone cold stare for a second, which was all she could stand without cracking a smile and breaking out into raucous laughter. She ended up having to brace herself against the wall to keep from completely losing balance and falling over.

 

[Demonjazz]

Dace looked very confused at this but still said "... Yeah! I'm a comedic genius!... Apparently!"

"[color=01A9DB]You say that this Aku took something from you to convince you to work for him. The fact that he felt he needed some collateral shows that he fears you, that he knows of something you could do to stop him, and yet you still act helpless. No, I understand perfectly. You remain a slave by choice! You have forgotten the face of your father![/color]"

 

[Outisakanobody]

"I don't have a father and I don't have a choice!" It's rare I raise my voice like that, but I'm a little annoyed with this conversation. "And I think Aku just likes to make people suffer and squirm."

 

[Drakmorg]

Vicky's laughter started to peter out, turning into chuckling before dying out completely. She pat Dace on the shoulder with her left arm while wiping a tear with her right and said,

"You're alright."

Noticing the nearby argument seemed to be turning into a shouting match, she frowned and said,

"Think I'm gonna go find some place quieter."

 

[Demonjazz]

"Yeah, let's find some place more private." He said as seductively as someone who sounded like a hick could.

Roland silently stared at X-9 for a few seconds before he lowered his gaze back to his guns on the table. "[color=01A9DB]Maybe you are right, robot. But even still, the day might come when you must face Aku.[/color]" He said calmly. "[color=01A9DB]And when that day comes, if we are still Ka-Tet, you will have my guns at your side.[/color]"

 

[Drakmorg]

"What, ya already have some place in mind?"

Vicky asked, resting her left hand on her hips.

 

[Demonjazz]

"... Well... Uh... Dere's a bed somewhere in here... I really don't know da layout of dis ship anymore."

 

[Drakmorg]

Vicky crossed her arms and raised an eyebrow at Dace.

"I know I was being a flirt back there, but you could at least buy me dinner first."

 

[Demonjazz]

"Oh yeah! I knew dat I was forgetting someting! Sorry mam, I ain't dat great with da lady folks." He said while going to get some food from the storage.

 

[Kirke]

You come back out of your ship and sullenly say that you found out exactly how damaged the ship is. You head back down to the others and say that you'll have to enlist the help of the locals to get her back in working order.

 

[Wackymon]

Engineer walked near the ship, and looked it over.
"I assume ya need some help with this?" he asked.

 

[Kirke]

You confirm that you will need assistance, but that heavy machinery and plenty of manpower will be needed. You look around to see if you can see anyone in charge, and head over to that person if there is.

 

[Wackymon]

"Well, It ain't as bad as some of the stuff I find." he said.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

Shara would find the man in charge, wearing a hardhat and safety vest, talking to a few underlings.

 

[Kirke]

You step forward to the foreman and ask if they are in charge of the area, then introduce yourself as the captain of the ship that crashed here.

 

[Gearhead mk2]

"Yeah, I'm in charge around here. Look miss, unless you have some proof, I can't just hand you the ship. We've had problems with looters lately."

 

[Zepherus14]

Sophia found herself a quiet spot down one of the halls of the ship, still within earshot of the others though, kinda happy she didn't have to be right there as X-9 and Roland got into their shouting contest. Realizing she was still wearing the tac vest, she took it off. Seeing that her clothing was pretty filthy, she considered maybe she should see if there was a shower anywhere before she started working on the figurine. The last thing she needed was to accidentally smear some grime on the thing and tarnish the wood.
